No... i didnt skip a puzzle. ;D I left the puzzle branch at the portal puzzle, because I spawned two orange sheeps, when i spammed arrows. So i decided to leave the puzzle branch. The portal puzzle is really awesome. I will definitely play it again if the bugs are fixed!
You mean you didn't just shoot another orange portal somewhere else? Cause, that would have fixed it.
First time playing something like this, it is quite impressive! I finished the labyrinth and moved on to the escape one. Is there anyway of quiting one before you finish it and going back to the hub? I'm getting completely brutalized by silverfish......
There is always an Exit somewhere in the Branch.

Are the buttons changing the lamp and slime blocks back and forth?
The buttons are turning on the lamps on, but only while the button is in the pressed state. There does not seem to be any command block detection of them, and there is no visible effect on the slime blocks.

Puzzle broke for me and I can't seem to find a solution. On the portal puzzle, I managed to accidently glitch through the wall and ended up outside the map. With the incredibly harsh anti-cheat stuff put in, that teleports you back to the exact location you were at, I can't fix it and would have to start the branch all over. =/ Instead, I just used all the hints to get to the wool. I like the humor, but it only works if the person is actually stuck. xP Very sorry qwerty, but until these bugs are fixed, many people will be using the freebie for this branch. The anti-cheat just has no room for freedom or self fixes. =( I sure hope it was the last puzzle, I really enjoyed the puzzle branch! ^-^

If you go creative to go to the next puzzle, the next puzzle doesn't work, so people would assume it's broken. I assumed anyone that wants to go creative for a good reason would set their PuzzCreative score to 1, hence the name. I added the anti-cheat cause cheating breaks more often than fixes, for most people anyway.
That said, Mojang decided to destroy the portal puzzle in the prerelease, and no amount of fixing can get it back to where it was. Unfortunate but true. It was the last puzzle, so you didn't miss much. We tried to double up all the walls, apparently we missed a couple. That said, dying also sends you back inbounds, so I sort of hoped people would go for that route instead.
Sorry it broke, we tested and tested and tested but Mojang decided to completely break it at the last second and we had to get something together to release. The other puzzles' bugs I couldn't actually replicate, but I made what I think are fixes anyway.

DESCRIPTION:
Return to the world of Diversity! Curse.com's #1 most downloaded map and PC Gamer's #2 Minecraft Map of all time has spawned a sequel - with all new challenges to explore. Diversity 2 is a new form of map. Similar to the CTM style, you are tasked to complete a monument. However, in the Diversity series, the monument blocks are obtained from completing different genre-specific levels.

A: No. Non-PC/MAC versions cannot handle the complexity of the commands used in the map and would degrade the experience we have worked hard to achieve if the map was altered. Any further work done by someone outside the Build Team breaks copyright law and is not allowed.
Q: May I host Diversity 2 on my server?
A: Obviously, private servers to play the map are encouraged, but you may not host Diversity 2 on a public server as an addition to a your mini-games.
Q: May I translate Diversity 2 into a foreign language for others who don't speak English?
A: No. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a pure translation and in turn, the map may have incorrect information.

Got stuck in the walls of the Portals puzzle 3 times. The 2 first, I managed to get out of the map and I was able to jump to the void, but the third time I couldn't do anything. I only could use 2 hints for get out
Ugh, stupid Mojang changing things that don't need to be changed. We've reinforced the walls more so it shouldn't be as bad, but seriously, they removed the one thing that made that puzzle playable. It's currently held together with duct tape and wishes.
Anyway, I'm glad the hint worked. You didn't miss much.
EDIT: After much work I have finally found a method just as stable as the old wither skull method. It involves some odd entities in places they shouldn't be, but it's stable. Hopefully that'll come out alongside the other 0.0.3 puzzle changes. I hope not too many people were affected by the old version...
The map is way too awesome I never played diversity 1 but playing this! The ma. Just looks like somewhat kind of Aperture Science facility in Portal 2

labyrinthian:got stuck, had to cheat out, found a nether portal, got the wither skull. And back To surface. I was way to bored and cheated and placed all the heads on their respective blocks.
dropper:way too awesome, more like free fall. I got stuck on that orange/yellow/red/sandstone/stained clay as i got chunk errors there. Reloaded and it was fine.I couldn't figure out the code, I just entered the code, the tossed it and said it was wrong, had to cheat out by activating cmd blocks using blck of redstone.
survival:I was able to do that, I found an underground somewhat mall like structure by the creepers explosion that revealed it,I got to the nether, and spawned near a blaze spawned island I hunted blazes and pigman and back to over world closing the portal, that Golden apple was almost impossible as there was no apple tree there. Had to cheat it.
trivia:too awesome as it proves stuff. The moving pages that damage you looked too awesome, it makes a new paper 'mob' ooh yea. The herobrine one had a mob head of Herobrine and no body??? Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
parkour:good as well had to cheat on the upper floor as it was too hard for me.
Arena:got lag(not on starting, when fighting) I had opened all the cages at once, I didn't even know that I had to do it one by one. Managed to disable all the spawners and kill the ghasts and got the wool.
puzzle:way too hard. got no hints, pressed the buttons on the wool too! it was pressed. The first puzzle I figured out that it's the Lights Out mini-game, I suck and that. I got to creative anddd got teleported to a serious room, I switched gamemodes but cmd blocks kept switching me back to adventure! I had to do /kill. And I flew out of the room and got to that serious room again! The door was open cuz I managed to sneak the secrets of it. Got to hub and inserted the 'fake' red wool which I accessed using creative menu.
boss battle:WOW, FOUR CASTLES AND A HUGE WITHER IN BETWEEN!!!!!! PRETTY DAMN COOL! I pressed the battle pressure plate and got to top. nothing happened! SUDDENLY LIGHTNING FLASHED, SCARY SOUND OCCURRED, SKY COLOR CHANGED! That made me real frightened. This wither is surely evil! The wither shot a fragment of right head and it exploded along with the head. I SAW A WITHER SKELETON! Shot it! Killed it! the wither shot some quartz blocks as projectiles and made the quartz cloud fall!! I could almost see a creeper blasting. I killed the wither skeleton of the right head too. The both heads seem to fail as there's no wither skeletons now.Then the centre head started shooting fire charges!!(or fireballs) I don't know what to do next(halp me)
