Just so you know, even though you haven't heard from me in a while, I'm still playing the map. I'm down to the last two wool and the emerald block. I'll wait until I'm done and then post all my feedback at once. I'll probably give it a review on the CTM community thread.
If you want some quick thoughts right away before I'm done:
The gameplay is fun and really well balanced. You have a few nice traps, too, and while the caves and natural formations could use a bit of work aesthetically, the structures/towers/castles are great. So good job. I'm enjoying it.
And "Monochrome Termination" is one of the coolest area names I've ever seen.

Really glad to hear that you are enjoying the map, can't wait for your final thoughts. Actually, I've been a bit worried about the balance, and it feels good to know that it is alright.
Also, an intresting fact: half of the areas had their names changed in the developement process. Three of this half multiple times.
Ooh, this looks intriguing. That last picture in particular looks really nice. I'll post a link here in the CTM Community thread, and hopefully we can get a few more people giving you feedback.
EDIT: Also, feel free to hop over to the CTM Community thread and become part of the discussion. It's a really helpful place for new mappers to become familiar with the community and talk with other, more experienced mappers.

Oh wow, while reading that thread, it was really a nice surprise to see a link to my map. Really appreciate your help.
Will most certanly post some stuff out there.
Ooo, the first and last screenshots in the sneak peeks look exceptionally promising! And just when i beginning to need a new map to play!
EDIT: after horrible deathness, its time to load up a new copy of the map XD
EDIT2: so some feedback
The only thing i see that you really need to work on is telegraphing. As i was fighting my way through I1, i went through the wools magenta, light blue, then orange because i couldn't tell which area you wanted me to go to in which order. You could remedy this by giving a stained clay or carpet indicator, like some maps do, but really all the areas just look foreboding i couldn't tell which would be the hardest until i played through them. I honestly thought orange was the last one in the intersection but it wasn't.
Also along the lines of telegraphing, in the Withered Aqueduct i couldn't figure out where i was supposed to go for the longest time. Just remember for future maps to make the goal of the area obvious for the player.
May or may not plan on LPing this. Most likely will. Will update when I actually have a video xD Map looks great though from the screenshots. Definitely hoping to see some good stuff in the future.

Thanks for the feedback! I have some ideas about showing player what area is what wool, will add it in next update.

Thanks for the feedback! I have some ideas about showing player what area is what wool, will add it in next update.
Would love to actulally see someone play it.
Thanks!
No problems.
I'll for sure go all out on my next map, already have some ideas for it.
Well don't rush yourself. A rushed map is a bad map (unless you're Xekaj, in which case you somehow make it work)
I, for instance, have spent almost a year REmaking me map, after its first rushed, horribly buggy version. Now I'm making it a lot better!
so yeah, just take your time. I have a few maps lined up to LP anyway
You can be sure, rushing is the last thing I would do with my maps. Good things gotta take their time.
