Sorry if I gave off the wrong vibe. I was referring to a post I made earlier in this topic about my troubles with map. It did take me a while (considering it's been a solid year since I last modded Minecraft) to get going, but when I got everything sorted out it was smooth sailing up to my nether crashes. I really don't know what to do about that past MCEditing my structures onto a fresh map. But even then, I have to deal with getting all of the NPCs to cooperate, and I'm not sure if they would follow with an MCEdit. Perhaps I could MCedit my bridges and structures but leave what the game put there. Even then, it leaves a tricky challenge, considering I did a lot of work to the 2 close islands. Even considering this succeeds, what stops the nether from screwing up again? It's a tough situation.

Ok clearly I'm retarded because I can't get this epic thing loaded, Does anybody know how to load it easily on a mac. I usually use McPatcher for mods and such but, I can't get all the mods to load. Is there a way to load it using terminal? Please someone help me. Yes I know I have the "evil dreaded mac" but I like them.

I reccomend using downcraft to downgrade from 1.5.2 to 1.4.6 it hasnt updated to 1.6(downcraft hasnt) as far as im aware so you need the old launcher.

Well I found out to use the plus launcher thing on one of the pages, and clicked on the link, but which modpack do i use? OMP-i the industrial one or OMP-a the magic and adventure one?
I reccomend using downcraft to downgrade from 1.5.2 to 1.4.6 it hasnt updated to 1.6(downcraft hasnt) as far as im aware so you need the old launcher.

this map has magic and machinery, plus customNPC's idk if any modpacks have custom NPCs and im pretty sure repower is machinery whilst thaumcraft and EE are magic mods plus all the extras(rotten flesh to leather and treecapacitor are in this map)
just downgrade, its just pressing a button, waiting for like a minute, then installing mods and map and your good to go

If you somehow magically farmed so many mobs that you have enough xp for a full armor set with fire resistance (leather possibly) that helps you survive in the lava. Otherwise, make a potion. 3 minute one should be more than needed

You can skip all that turning 1 iron into 32 clay I think, or something like that. Can't remember exactly. Do that using the minium stone and an iron ingot.
