Plug the hole is a PvP map, with few restrictions, allowing a nice burst of fun. It is best played with more than 10 players on each team (which is really hard to get =P) but can be played with a minimum of 3 per team.
The aim of this PvP map is to 'plug' the enemy's respawn route, ridding them of players on the battlefield.
This is detailed below, as well as in the map.
Rules:
Do not allow use of any X-ray, fly, etc mods.
Play on survival mode (should be set by command blocks)
Don't break any blocks in spawn
Do not Plug the hole with anything other than obsidian
ALWAYS WAIT AT LEAST TWO SECOND BEFORE STEPPING ON A PRESSURE PLATE!
Server Settings:
Command Blocks: True
Spawn Monsters: False (Can be turned on if preferred)
Spawn Animals: True
Allow Nether: False
PvP: True
Gameplay: In Base:
When In your team's base, step on the pressure plate of the desired class. If someone has gone before you, wait a few seconds. You will notice that behind you is another entrance, labelled 'secret,' that is a last resort, when all your other entrances have been blocked. Notice there is a finite amount of minecarts in the chest to respawn.
Classes:
There are three available classes, each given it's own starting gear. Your class does not affect your gameplay much, it mostly just affects what you start off with.
Builder- The builder is the only class that can wield tools.
Knight- This class is fully armoured and begins with a sword. Can not use pickaxes, axes, shovels or hoes, but can break any blocks they want without these tools.
Archer- Begins with a bow and many arrows. Can not use pickaxes, axes, shovels or hoes, but can break any blocks they want without these tools.
Loot:
Scattered across the map are many chests, filled with loot. Some have valuables, others have essentials for building traps. It is up to you how you use these materials.
IMPORTANT: There are in total four bits of obsidian hidden throughout the chests around the map. These are the only place where obsidian can be collected. You can not mine any obsidian from beneath the surface.
Misc:
Be sure to note that anyone can equip any armour or any weapon, so you are encouraged to mine for iron and diamond to create a stronger army.
In some of the chests there is redstone/trap related items. It is advised you build traps/obstacles to stop the enemy team from reaching your base with ease.

FunCrazyKid for supplying really good pictures of the map.
Codewarrior for creating MCedit
Sethbling for creating 'Super Craft Bros Brawl.' It was an excellently made map with amazing redstone, and I have reused some of those redstone techniques.
Comments and feedback are, of course, welcome. There have been a couple of downloads, I understand that being a PvP map you often need friends to play with, so I'm expecting less downloads.
Great looking map, don't have anyone to play it with though ;-;
Anyway, I saw the screenshots you had taken, and they weren't all that good quality, so I installed optifine an the shaders mod and took some screenshots for you to use in the original post! Hope you like them!

Thank you very much! I didn't realise Optifine and Shaders made it look that much better
I don't have anyone to play with either. Well, I have a one or two but not enough to play a full game
If you ever get enough people hit me up, you know where i'll be (steam)
Will be sure to do that!
