Soccer is the most popular sport in the world. Minecraft is one of the most popular games in the world. It would seem like there should be a way to play soccer in minecraft. There isn't, until now. We have created a map that requires no buggy mods, laggy servers, or poorly designed texture packs. The Soccer! map simulates a soccer game in real life, but in the wonderful world of minecraft!

Installation Instructions
To install the map to your minecraft client, you can follow these steps, or watch the video.
Download the map from the link at the bottom of the post.
Open the file and find the file folder named Soccer! inside.
Type %appdata% into the start menu and open .minecraft, or go into minecraft, open the texture pack folder in-game, and go up one level.
Open up the saves folder and you will see all of your currnet worlds.
Drag the Soccer! folder into the saves folder.
Close all of the windows and the map is now a single player world in your minecraft client!

In Game Instructions
In the map, you will spawn in a small lobby containing many buttons. These buttons will help you control and play the map to your desire Each button in the map is labeled for what it does, and who can use it. These are the buttons and what they do:
Start Timer (Ref Only): Starts the five minute timer indicating a game period. Only the ref is advised to use this.
Team I/Team II Manual Goal (Ref Only): Each button (Team I or Team II) will simulate a scored goal for the respective team.
Reset Scoreboard (Ref Only): This will reset the score button from any amount of goals it had, to zero.
Spawn Ball (Ref Only): Spawns a ball in the center of the field.
Sound Whistle (Ref Only): Sounds a large sound and notifies players the whistle has blown through the chat.
Spectate: Teleports you to the stands to enjoy the game.
Join Team I/Team II: Teleports you to the lobby of the respective team.
Ref Quarters (Ref Only): Teleports you to the ref lobby and indicates that the player is now the ref.
Lobby Instructions
Uniform: Dispenses the team uniform for the player (Team I and Team II lobbies)
Coach/Sub Area: Teleports the player to the sideline area for respective team (Team I and Team II lobbies)
Go to Field: Teleports player to the respective point of the field (Team I, Team II, and Ref lobbies)
Slime Balls in Chest
As well as all those buttons in the lobby, there is also a chest containing multiple different slime balls. There are five different types that are named Dribble,Short Pass, Pass, Long Pass, and Shoot. Each one is enchanted with a different level of knockback. The levels are II, IV, VI, VIII, and X from left to right. These are the tools that will help control the distance in which a player can hit the ball.

You may not have command blocks enabled if you are on a server which would break the team joining function. You might have broken a block or redstone or something that may have broken the start timer when you went out to look at the redstone if you did. i saw your post on delirious doctors page and i think you should advertise more like in the title of this topic put played by skydoesminecraft, deadlox, huskymudkipsand slamacow or something to make it look even more awesome i love you map it is way cool i will definately try it p.s. how did you get a world with nothing in it
