Yup that's right, we really enjoyed playing your map and we might play it again in the future. But I have one thing to say it was a bit easy with 2 players. You can maybe add this: First you get 4 exp levels then after a while only 2 exp levels, then only 1 exp level and after a whole time 0 exp levels. That would add more challenge to your map, again you did a great job and I hope to see more stuff from you in the future!

Hmm, that wouldn't quite work. Things break, and without being able to buy anything new (As you wouldn't get XP) you'd eventually be doomed. Something similar might be cool though.
Congratulations man. Good job, and an amazing solo effort too. Also, thanks for considering the flashbacks idea, and what's more, starting to actually make it. With your skills, it's going to be brilliant.
Heh.. I've been working on it, and it's actually quite difficult to get it right. Would you guys like to be able to PLAY the flashback, or just watch it? Also, have it flow, or just have it teleport to the next part?
I played this map with my friend RedRover and it was really fun!
Our scores are:
RedRover: 193
DJPrinceCap: 188
Scores added to the leaderboard, and I'm glad you enjoyed my map!
With this XP idea, that would be pretty neat, but it'd take a bit to get right, and it'd be a pain to make it reset automatically. In 1.6 the prices are being increased a lot, so this will make it all more difficult!
Also, RedRover, how would you go making a video of the map? That'd be awesome!

I was thinking of just watching the situation play out, and teleporting from what place to the other. Yet if we could play through it, and have it flow, it would be better yet take way more work. Up to you really :3

If you were to watch the situation play out, it wouldn't really be a memory of how you (the player) would go about overcoming the situation.
I have made it like this: You step over a pressure plate, gain a weapon, get in a boat, then begin the flashback.
During the flashback, you are fighting Shepard (the traitor), who is a blaze. For the effect, while you are fighting him, you are suffering from blindness, nausea and slowness.
Once he's dead, the player has to hit a button, as though they are lighting a flare, which then releases a firework, being the flare for the distress signal. This also clears the inventory of the player, teleports them to the lobby, and gives them milk to clear the potion effects.
Haha, nice work! You posted while I was updating the thread.. Did you get version 1.5.2 or 1.6?
1.5.2 and my computer crashed for having many programs on lol. I would have to start over but I will do it after April 3 because I have other outside real life things to do. Very good map and I would suggest add more mob spawners and more enchantments so I can massacre mobs

Haha... Well, if you try out 1.6 you'll get a shock - That guy who got 1007 kills is one of my friends, and he died after getting only 4 kills.

Okay, I'll now be working on Nuketown Mob Survival. This map will be left alone now, unless you have any bugs to report.
But don't leave this topic! Check back often to find news and updates about the next map! Leave suggestions and ideas on this thread, and I'll see what I can do about implementing them into the next map
Not exactly a long video, but eh, it's something. Pretty cool that you actually added the flashbacks :D. Also, can't wait for Nuketown to come out, that's gonna be great.

If you thought Rust was good, wait for Nuketown. I've finished the Lobby and even I am excited! I've invented an awesome new "Ready Up!" system!

What d'you think? It's nearly all complete.
In the new update:
-------------------------
1. Increased difficulty!
2. Experience will be gained less often.
3. Price increase on ALL buyable items.
4. Price increase on Pack-A-Punch enchantments.
5. Flashback introduction added!
6. Bug fixes - Splash Potion of Slowness
-------------------------
Enjoy!
Tell me how you go!
Holy... Okay, glad I did that difficulty and price increase.. Added to the leaderboard!
Also, post any bugs here if you have any to report.
Have any ideas? Post them here!
Thanks!
