Just completed #14: Inevitability. One of easiest maps, I must say.
Don't get me wrong, it was challenging, and required me 2 or 3 tries to get it right, but after I got both wools I naturally burned through map to reach damn monument in time(Ran outta regeneration!).
Any estimate on when the map you're missing is coming out? Also if you knew you were gonna do this before hand, why didn't you premake some maps so you wouldn't get behind? .3.

because he'd still be in the same situation...it's mainly thanks to some random things on Monumenta that he's getting inspiration for some of the latest maps.
Not to mention I love to see the challenge that Xek has of making a map in a few hours but still makes everything look nicer than the entirety of Isaac's first map.

Honestly, the random insult isn't needed. We're here to talk about Xek's maps, not provoke angry responses out of one another, as you must have known posting something like that would procure out of me.
Latest minimap looks great Xek, can't wait for the 25th one.

You took the bait but didn't post a wall. Darn. *kicks dust around*

Don't worry, it's just Hybran being Hybran. He is not threat, as the potion cult is nearly dead.
Back on topic, I swear, these maps aren't going to be possible for me for a very long(emphasis on very) time.
Maybe the 25th minimap will be Synquincinquencential or whatever.
That would be awesome.
Rollback Post to RevisionRollBack
There ain't much left of the world these days. The gods have forsaken us, there's no denying that. But still you press on. For what? A chance to sift through the ashes one last time? The hope to one day be called a hero? Whatever your reason, you've got a lot of work to do. The corruption won't leave without a fight, so you better get started.

Now imagine it without regen potions, which was how it was before I patched it.

I actually have 1 pre-made map, but I'm saving it for the 21st
The endless depths of this flooded cavern fill with the bones of drowned adventurers who braved the mystic waters before you. This map is of moderate difficulty, coming in at a 5-15 minute play time.

Without any healing items - Wither effect will kill you long before you even reach any wool.
Having only Instahealth drops would make the map easier for me personally. Half of the of the map's difficulty was trying to manage messy inventory while keeping eye on health meter and mobs. Needless to say, sh!tloads of empty bottles didn't help that.

Also, I noticed something about this 'competition for the record': You're not even trying, are you? xD
???
I have heaps of copies of Sandswarm sitting there in my save list. I usually try whenever I get a few minutes or when I'm completely bored of Monumenta.

Lol. I play a lot of CTM maps when I get home, since normal minecraft is just... just... just.
Just curious: Did you ever speedrun one of the VF maps?
Oh BTW, 0:45,551. IDK how I even did that, it felt much longer, but timers don't lie.

People say I did, but I didn't. I have no idea where they're getting that from, because I've only done practice runs of VF2, and it ain't pretty going through the End areas.

Transparency's the only one that seems particularly speed-run-able from the End Areas, tbh. Enemy Mine is like... anti speedrun to its finest.
And anyway, wow, that screenie of the most recent one is really nice Xek I went back a played most of them a few days ago. Enjoyed many, but the hardcore on a few of them annoy me greatly
your move

Would be indeed, but I'm still working on the first area of I1 sadly :/

You just accidentally the whole grammar.
I am kinda surprised how it is possible to make a map a day.
I kinda thought he has them prepared beforehand and just releases one every now and then.
No, I accidentally the most grammar. Get it right, your being hypocritical.
