Is it just me, or is rose red not craftable? I thought you could turn a rose into 2 rose reds, but for some reason, the recipe isn't working for me, NEI isn't giving me any recipes for it.
I was going to try recording an LP of this map until I saw that you do not support Technic. Now before you get angry at me for using it, the reason I use it is because I am not technologically inclined, and as such have a hard time installing and getting mods to run correctly. Technic does this for me, and even updates automatically, so that I don't have to spend several hours (or in some case days) installing each and every one. As far as Technic being legal, the mods themselves are still questionable, so by supporting mods, but not the Technic pack you are being hypocritical, as well as unfair to those of us technologically challenged.
Tl;dr: I don't have the tech skills to install mods so I use Technic, please stop being unfair to the tech challenged. Thank you.

This is your everlasting punishment for using technic, you should look at the millions of modding videos out there

yeah some of the videos are simple to follow and goes step by step how to install the mods, i find it quite simple actually because if you think about it almost the exact same thing for every mod unless the mod makes says otherwise

Awesome map I started 5 hours ago and didn't even notice how long I had been playing for. Personally I normally don't use EE because compared to generating things with UUM in IC2 all of the EE collectors seem to easy lol, but this is the perfect enviroment for EE in my honest opinion. Also since none of the other mods are updated I can just play with EE until I get my Alchemical tome and by that point all my other favourite mods will be updated and I can get all the items I need
PS I already have my Klein Star Ein and Im about 1/4 of the way to my first Collecter.
Edit: I also forgot to add that the Chicken you put to taunt me about using the softcore version has helped me, 32 EMC per Egg muahahahahaha lol
I'm not sure if it was mentioned but a helpful hint is that Red mushrooms+Bonemeal have a better EMC return on average than Sapling+Bonemeal (about 60-70) and it is a bit quicker to cut down
Is there a list of the items in the TT with RP2/IC2 installed?
I was hoping to add these two mods and the required items for them into the TT for my current map since RP2 is updated to 1.2.3 now and I had only started with the normal EE map.
Technic pack Rant:
First of all I am sorry to Zakhep for continuing this off topic discussion in his thread but I am tired of this attempt to justify the technic pack. Therefore I have enlosed it in spoiler tags for those who do not want to see it:

The fact is that notch supports the modding done by the community but most of the mod authors DO NOT support the use of there mods in modpacks.
The attempt of the Technic Pack compilers to hide behind the argument you just presented is Idiotic.

Nice, adding to OP
Whats with the random chunks way way way out there?
Did you follow steps 3-4?
I've given 65 EMC, that should be enough to get more EMC without waiting
Works for me, i'll add an alt download
