Ok, thank you. Just wanna add that the map is great and the concept behind it is good. I prefer it over Sykblock (even though both are good) because with Skyblock you are given the resources and you have to just survive with no real purpose but here you have to venture out and find everything.
Just Starting a LP on youtube with this map. It is realy awesome and I am using it as a Christmas present to my subs! Thanks Reshif for all the hard work put into Solar Survival!
Hey Reshif, I just got done playing your map "Castles of Revenge" as 6v6. I have a few critiques for you that you can take or leave.
The biggest critique would be your Arrow3000... it's way too much. It lagged everyone out. You may want to seriously lessen that.
Second we have way too many materials. 24 stacks of obsidian per team? Thanks, but that's way too much :-) Enderpearls should be taken out too. Toss it twice and you're in their base.
Third, the TNT cannons serve little purpose, you may want to get rid of them. They are really weak cannons (only 1 TNT per shot) and such a large portion of the map is bedrock or obsidian that they are sure to hit something they cannot break.
Last one I can think of at the moment: You give us all this stuff, but hardly any food. Tons of stuff for farming, but there is no real place to farm, as everything is bedrock or obsidian. You may need a dedicated space in the base for farming.
Hey Reshif, I was a member of the same 6v6 game that Aaron215 was a part of, and while I feel he covered most of the thoughts I had about the map already, there's a couple more things I feel I need to add.
First, the signs telling the enemy not to enter our castle weren't clear enough. I think some entrances might not have had signs or something, because I kept catching people breaking into our storeroom, which culminated in one player blowing up a bunch of our chests.
Second, I'm not sure how I felt about how much bedrock and obsidian there was around. One of the great things about minecraft is destroying the world and rebuilding it, but it was pretty much impossible to do so on this map.

I understand that some of the supplies are unbalanced, as I meant for people to decide which to use before the match, and I guess I will balance the supplies a bit more as that was unclear. There is a small farming area at the bottom floor, but I will add a food chest, I always felt like I was forgetting something when I put in the chests. As far as the enderpearls go, I like how they can change the game, but you're right they should be lowered in amount. As for the arrow machine, My plan for a future update is to triple the delay of the clock and leave the dispensers empty to start. As for obsidian, it will be completely removed. I agree the cannons are very weak, I will be upgrading them to spread cannons.

To start, I apologize for people getting in the castle from the top and destroying your supplies. An idea I have been playing with is to move the supplies and monument to a room branching off from the spawn tunnel, and opening up the bases entirely. As for the bedrock landscape, It is something I wanted to change, but also wanted to see how it would work out in a large game. I have heard it didn't work out well, and so it shall be changed.
Again, thank you for the feedback.
PS: Where can I find out about more of these large games? I'm a bit lacking in playtesters.
