Mining area: reduce the cubbie-holes on the sides. Mobs spawning down there while mining is annoying in a pvp map.
1st wool: make those bedrock blocks furnaces as well.
Diamond/iron blocks (between 1st and 2nd wool): reduce the amount of silverfish. They do damage now.
2nd wool: remove the hole in the bedrock layer, as well as seal in the back. A player lucky (or with foreknowledge) enough to find the hole can bypass part of the challenge, making the entire thing easier. A player who knows the bedrock doesnt seal in the challenge can dig through the back and over to the wool box, bypassing it all together.

looks very well designed cilantro, good work brah
(Seems someone its taking after vetches, the question is, are you good enough to be his successor when he passes on?)
Some friends and I had such a blast playing this map. We went into completely blind on both teams after a night of playing vechs' CTW map. I think total game time came in around 2h43 mins cause we're pretty bad.
I came here first to give kudos and also ask about some design decisions. I noticed some people have already asked about the decision to not run the bedrock above the 2nd wool all the way to the back of the lane, during our playthrough i took a chance with nothing but stone picks and just dug right to it and got out without any conflict. Dumb luck really. Second issue is the final volcano being made of mostly obsidian instead of bedrock. With so much diamond around, and after about an hour of dying to mobs/pvp I took a chance and started digging into the mountain. Again to my surprise and thanks to crazy dumb luck I managed to tunnel right to the wool.
These designs aren't what i would call "bugs" because it totally made an epic game that us 10 will be talking about for quite some time, but I think if we hadn't gone in there blind or if we try and play again or god forbid it's used in a tournament and picked apart there won't be much of a mach at all cause it's super easy to bypass a lot of the other cool designs you guys made.
Anywho, just my two cents. We really had a great time with it. Hope for many more. Again, thanks.
Oh and here's a short video starting at when i decided to start digging for the final wool and ends when we place it on the monument.
