As you should know, in Equivalent Exchange, the Philosopher's Stone has the ability to transmute mobs into random other mobs.
Oh
And I said this earlier but in case you didn't see:
I modified your map so the TT knows different items
You must have BC, IC2 and RP to use it
Can I please post it?
Edit: Big mistake putting the table at layer 126
Trees won't be able to grow and you don't have much build space
Edit2:
I done a quick hotfix with the map, the TT was lowered back down to 64 Link Removed
And I also have my TT pack where the TT knows different items
To install, replace the data file with the one provided Link Removed
And I know I don't have permission but it was too major to ignore
Thanks Zakhep. This is what happens when I don't have enough time to test things. I'd thought it was just low enough to get some short trees. I won't be able to put out an official fix for several hours, so I encourage people to use yours.

I cannot wait for an update now that SMP portion is available. even the single player map should have some sort of work around to make it work in multiplayer. Possibly play single long enough to get a 21x21 platform around spawn then have people join?! the data thing probably won't be that hard as instead of knowledge.dat its tablet_username.dat and I hope they can be moved around so everyone on the server can have a copy of the same table. Time will tell and we will see I think this map would be amazing with a friend or two.

Yeah it would be pretty easy to have cooperative play by having a larger platform and then people join.
If you wanted to have competitive play with each person having their own platform, some manual setting of spawn points and tablet_username.dat per username would be necessary but possible.
If the TT has EMC in it and you quit, it forgets everything
But it's fine without EMC
Edit: I fixed it
However, it's harder to install and the TT pack had to be included so you must have BC, IC2 and RP2 installed
I also added a special island with supplies on it up to 400 blocks away
To install:
1:Extract and add to your maps folder
2: Go into the data folder
Here's a path if you're confused: /other stuff/saves/SkyTable/Data
3: Rename the file tablet_Zakhep.dat to tablet_(Your username).dat
4:Play and report to me any problems Link Removed
And here's an FAQ:
Q: You can't get X
A: I've made it so some items are hard to get
Some items are on the secret island
If you still believe I forgot something, post and I'll look into it
Q: The TT doesn't know anything
A: Make sure there's no EMC in it when you quit
If it doesn't know anything from the start, you probably installed it wrong
Q: There's no EMC in the table
A: Intentional, There's a bug that if there's EMC in the TT and you quit, the TT forgets everything
Q: What does TT stand for?
A: Transmutation table
Edit2:Here's the new topic for this map: http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/1025653-ee134-surv-skytable/
Because of the Transmutation Table Overhaul/changes, The TT forgets all your items put into there (Memory Blank). Therefore, you have to relearn everything to make it work. It's in the OP of EE.
Also, In my Personal Playthrough, I have a Nether Portal up, A Mk. 3 collector trans-mutating glowstone dust into Aeternalis, and a Mk. 2 powering a condenser. Things are picking up speed.
Not only does it make Skytable unstartable, but it's messed up my in-progress game: I unfortunately have no redstone with me and no legit way to get any :tongue.gif:

I'm making this temporarily unavailable until I fix the (minor) issues myself, since x3n0 has reported that Zakhep's fix is doing it wrong. Sorry for the inconvenience. [edit] Zakhep or anyone can still do whatever they like with EE maps in their own threads but I'd like to keep the name SkyTable for my thread kthnxbai.
Looks like the tablet data file structure is fairly similar between 6.22 and 1.36, though .22 uses the name "id" where .36 uses "item" for the item IDs. Also, .36 has a few extra bits of data.
Basically, it looks like the kind of thing that can be translated with a bit of work. Probably the easiest way would be to write a program to automatically translate it.

CraftGuide, recipe viewer with a scrollbar! (Resizable window, too, if you prefer playing with a smaller GUI scale and are tired of GUIs only occupying a tiny square in the centre)

I was just going to recreate it for .36.
But I found that Zakhep was right, and the TT does lose all its knowledge if you save the world (lol) with EMC in the table. This caused me to re-lose all the knowledge on my Skytable playthrough world, which was rather annoying as I'd just finished teaching it enough to keep playing. So instead I went and played the MC snapshot (woo, Anvil!) and will wait for a fix from x3n0 before I continue.

OMFG. I HATE THE WORLD.
I step out of my Nether Portal, fresh from farming Pigmen and other shinnanergans. Four stacks of glowstone dust, ready to be popped into my collector. Lots of gold nuggets. Ghast Tears. The whole lot.
Minecraft crashes. No big deal. go back in... and everything is just as I left it, from where I had just stepped out o the portal. EXCEPT! My inventory is cleared, armor, xp, enchnated diamond tools. Time to
To put it poetically, I would burn the world and use my soul as tinder to get everything back as it was, right before I stepped into that portal on my way out. :sad.gif:
After dying I had to restore from an oooold backup before I had any fancy alchemic stuff, and I also had to retrain my TT (twice!) but now I've made a lot of tubes and I've extended my cobble generator (which I had deconstructed but I lost the deconstruction when I died) a long way.

Just downgrade to 1.1

I blame my computer. And I'm over it.
I'll reconstruct my inventory as I left it, as well as I can remember, but sadly, I'm not willing to do it legitimately. Forgive me, Midnight!
