Guys, just because Geechan beat Pantheon doesn't mean its coming out soon. It means exactly what it is, that ONE beta tester has beaten the Pantheon beta. Now they have to revise it. And considering the scale of the map, I'm guessing they'll have to revise it a lot.
So yeah, have some patience, hold your pigs (because minecraft doesn't have horses to hold. ) and give the Pantheon team a break for like five seconds. Thank you.
EDIT: If I'm wrong and Pantheon is on the way, then one of the Pantheon team (like Hybran or someone) can correct me. But my guess is its still nowhere close to done.
Has anyone ever raged so hard that they stop continuing on that map? (I did that on Legendary because the map was simply too big for me to complete it.)
Not really, but I know some people have. I've certainly needed to stop and take breaks at times, but never to the point where I'd stop playing the map at all.
So, I've just beaten the beta version of Pantheon.
I can only say one thing.
You guys are going to hate that map with all your hearts. You like death? You'll get death.
Like, srsly. You guys have no idea. Grats, Gee!
I would assume this means that it is going to come out fairly soon. I talked to Hybran about it when I finished the map, and he had said that they were really just waiting on Gee, so I believe it's on its way.
Ugh, Pantheon. That compilation of broken promises had better be good.
EDIT: Yay obsidian miner.

Does anyone know if there's a way to spawn mobs wearing a custom player head?
You know, spawning Vetches zombies, or Notch zombies, stuff like that.
Use Sethbling player heads filter. Then add it to the head piece using the create geared mobs filter. When you get the mob just turn it into a spawner using create spawners. Pretty simple, I thought most people knew how to do this. But I don't think Vechs does, since the Kamyus are named zombie heads and not actual Kamyus. (Or, just use Kamyu's tools, I think there's an option for player heads).

Yes there is an option for that, and KAmyu's custom spawner tool is the way to go (unless stacked mobs because that's not updated yet)
First, kinda off topic but... can someone explain the deal with Pantheon? All I know is that its a compilation map that hit some organisational troubles, and has been delayed because of them (and also that it was a logistical nightmare). Can someone enlighten me?
And back on topic(ish):
With the new updates I would like to get in to CTM map making and I am currently brainstorming ideas so... Community Question: what would people (generally speaking) like to see in a new CTM map? Open world, linear branching, cave themed, combat oriented, mechanic oriented? And also what would you NOT want in a CTM map?

You go tell a bunch of teenagers with varied amounts of life problems to cooperate and make something for a map for free that nobody had any idea of the outcome or reward of it within a flexible amount of time with a clear door out and expect them all to give 100% and finish in a reasonably fast time to lack competition with another map.
And Pantheon isn't nearby as it stands, unless you want a horrendously buggy 0.95 release which you don't want.

That's America these days. People born from 1990 to 1999 have little to no work ethic. I'm ashamed of our country(which is why I'm moving to Canadia after college).

Every bloody CTM map series boasts that it's bigger, longer, and harder than other CTM series. It's almost as if it's a **** measuring contest. (bigger, longer, harder...)

There is a way to edit the NBT tags of heads, se they are like a players, but i havent tried to give them to mobs, but i think it may be possible
