is there any difference between coding for a mob and coding for a modified player entity? I'm developing a mod that changes the player's model and controls, and I'm a newb to modding beyond modeling and texturing.
Hi! This tutorial is many years old and was designed to give an introduction into how you would go about animating models in a vanilla Minecraft-like style. I'm willing to bet that the animation approach here is very different, though I'm not up to date with the modding community anymore.
