I bought an premium account and was playing on it last night then this morning i try to sign in on the client and it tells me i don't have premium anymore. I went to the website and it says i haven't bought the game and don't have premium. My friend gave me a gift card to the game so we both could play either 2 or 3 days ago. Haven't had this happen then. Anyone know how to fix this or is anyone else having the same problem? I think i might have something to do with 1.2.2. Not sure though.

So let me understand this.
I have to have a transaction ID, which I never got from you nor moneybookers. He's checked his email and I've checked mine. I checked my bank statement, it was taken out on 2/29, posted on my bank 3/1, also took an international fee of 0.22$ on 3/1 posted 3/1, and this is the only international fee I do. I make purchases from local stores & at times vending machines.
I was told moneybookers has it, so, I contacted them. Let me get this out of the way first
I have never...ever...heard such terrible pathetic customer support than moneybookers in my life. I work for verizon wireless customer support and by dear jesus god I thought I'd heard it all. I even contacted typefrag customer support tonight and they were WAY better than moneybookers.
The first time I called I apparently pressed the wrong button in the IVR. And he hung up on me, what an a-hole? So I called back, pressed the right one. Got to a different department, I provided him with the email, said he found it but the payment profile is on suspend. WAITWAITWAIT. Let me understand this!!! You took my money, and then suspend my payment profiel and then...take my product. You have got the be kidding me. I was pissed, really pissed, but had the self control to hold it in. I hung up on him.
Did some more research, still nothing. Called back again, for some reason I got the same guy, I go here we go again...
He tells me he submitted it, and the security department has to look into it and I'll get a response within 24-48 hours.
I'M STILL so freakin confused why you give us a product for 3-4 days then take it away for no apparent reason, no transaction id, I dont even get my money back.
If I had at least one of these 3 things, I wouldn't be as mad as I am, apparently being a good person these days and doing your job right is a task to ask for any person with a functioning brain.
I didn't have an option of choosing moneybookers or anything else either. I could've down paypal but why should I have to wait 24 hours to transfer funds for one purchase? If your going to make us purchase your product at least do it
A: With a better provider of customer service/support & actually polite
B: Give us an option between 2 international providers. Paypal is perfectly capable of doing it, why make us with visa cards go through moneybookers if you have paypal right there, give us an option if you need to.

So heres what I got from moneybookers and why no one should ever use them, ever.
What happened just from what I gathered is that minecraft shut down the account, because we never "paid" for it. I gave the money to moneybookers and they still have it. Yet mojang never got it. So right now moneybookers has my money, mojang doesn't and I don't either. Which means they stole it from me? Is this not correct? From my knowledge how seller/buyer relationship goes is that the buyer gives the seller money and the seller gives the buyer the product. In this case something happened between the relationship between moneybookers and mojang.
So we did nothing wrong, and yet we can't even get access to this. Mojang you picked a terrible third party sales department to go through. Not only did you not get your money but I didn't get mine.
