So recently, i've been swiching host alot, due to servers downtime, crashing, ddos attacks, etc. I've tried ShockByte.com, MinecraftServer.net, TNAHosting.net, And Acouple more, but they all either had very bad uptime, could not handle ddos attacks, etc. This is what i'm looking for. WHAT I NEED
Good Cpu, something that can handle multiple servers, (BungeeCord),
Semi-Managed, i just really need the basics installed, (Multicraft, and all the programs to run)

There is alot of companys that can stop/filter 5-15gbps attacks, Lol.
Most that advertise it can not really do it. They say 1-5Gbps sustained.
Most companies do not own the hardware or the data center. I have seen a DDoS attack so large it shut down 4 city blocks.
If you are getting DDoSed 5-15Gbps then instead of looking for a new host try to not give people a reason to attack you.
Also even if you find a host that can protect against that it will not be cheap.

How would i get graphs?I'm pretty new to this.
A company can have everything in place to prevent a DDoS attack or say they have protection. But there is no 100% way to protect against DDoS attacks.
