Wanting to upgrade from my current integrated chipset, I've been looking at some new graphics cards for a few months now and finally narrowed down my choices to two cards now:
Which one is worth getting? I know the Asus clocks in faster, but speed isn't everything.
Thanks!

AMD FX 8350 | CM Hyper 212 evo | ASUS M5A99FX PRO R.20 | 20gb DDR3 1333 MHz | WD Blue 1TB | XFX Radeon HD 7850 2gb 950mhz OC | EVGA 500B 500 watt | Zalman Z9 Plus |
I'd say the 460 would be much better against a 260. That said the 260 has a lot more stream processors...
Those are WAY out of my price range. $100 and below. MAYBE a little over (like 10 bucks)

They are both seriously outdated cards, the gtx 260 is about 3-4 gens behind (Were now on 600 series GTX going 700) and the 440 is also 2 gens behind now, they will be noisy hot and use more power for less performance.
Do you have PC specs we can look at, with things like your PSU power for example, to make sure its not something like 1W that will blow if you plug a usb in to charge

Thanks for the suggestions, they're very nice cards. BUT, I'm worried that they'll be bottlenecked by my 2.0 x16 PCIe port. Are they still worth getting?

It wouldn't bottleneck any single GPU, dual cards might be. Yes, they are worth it.
Dual cards? As in Crossfire?

OH, you mean those cards with two fans? Yeah... anyway, I think I'll get a 7770. Thanks for the help guys. But before I go, what's good price to pay for a PSU?

Not two fan cards, cards with two GPUs. Usually their names end in -90, such as 690, 7990, 6990 and 590. You don't rate power supplies by price, you rate them by quality.
Right, but usually greater price means greater quality.

Thanks for all the sugestions, guys, but is 450 watts going to be enough?

LOL. I know a new power supply is a must (current = 300W). But here are my specs:
CPU - Intel Pentium E5400 @ 2.70 GHz (may overclock)
RAM - 6GB DDR3 @ 1333mhz
MB - Who the hell know what it is, I bought this compter pre built
