The worst glitch I ever heard was, "Skyward Sword game breaking 'Song of the hero' glitch." The song of the hero is a quest where you have to get three parts of the song from the dragons and then you would need to use it so you can go to the last dungeon in Skyloft. The game now allow you to go to the Lanayrd Gorge since the game was not meant to go there because this is an incorrect order of events. If you ever did go to Lanayrd Gorge and talk to a Goron name Golo in Lanayrd Caves, the game would freeze and it make it impossible to beat Skyward Sword. You can actually avoid this glitch by going to the Faron woods and the Eldin Volcano first before you go to Lanayrd Gorge. If you ever dig go to Laqnayrd Gorge, make sure you don't talk to strangers(like Golo). There also a free fix-it channel(it almost like a patch, but not really) in the Wii shop channel that allow you to fix you save file. Can anyone discuss your worst game glitch?
Oblivion, can't remember the quest name but it involved two women who made me believe I was about to have an orgy but instead they steall all your belongings, basically what happened is I went to their house, opened the door and went inside, yet no one was in there and I some how managed to get locked inside, worst part was, I hadn't saved for 2 hours.
Ha that's not a bug. You need to wait for them to go from the city to the house.
Worst bug I've encountered was in Ultimate Spider-Man for PS2 during the boss battle with Electro... if the fight lasts for more than a few minutes the game freezes, at least in my copy. Of course, I found the fight to be a bit difficult so I could never defeat him in time before the game froze. Its a shame I couldn't continue the story because of the freeze, because otherwise that game was very fun.
I played an RTS game once, I don't remember the name but it was sort of designed like StarCraft 1...
One of the campaign maps literally had a broken event which did not allow you to finish the map, and therefore you could never finish the campaign.
Sadly, it was actually a decent game if only you could finish it... There was no reason why it should have had such a horrible mistake in it and never be patched.
Fable 2 and 3 also had horrible glitches in them, which could make the game unplayable, or ruin your save game for whatever reason.
Fable 3's was worse, because simply connecting to someone else online actually often screwed up many things in your game, simply because the developers were idiots and the game was not finished when it was released. Connecting to someone else not only usually caused errors in your game, but had the potential to completely destroy your save, as well.
It will also never get a patch for the many glitches it has because neither the publisher (Microsoft) nor the developer (Lionhead Studios) cares at all about making good games.
They just want your money. That is literally the only thing they care about.
...I never encounter game-breaking bugs... I barely find any major bug, ever. Clipping errors and weird camera errors, but that's it.
My youngest brother is good at finding bugs though. He found that sometimes he couldn't turn the cars he was driving on Lego Island in Lego Island 2.
I found a similar glitch like that, on Lego Island 1, but its more like getting off a vehicle while driving it. The vehicle would move endlessly, on its own, on the roads. I also found a glitch that if I moved the helicopter and clicked the land arrow while doing it, it would display like its going to the landing pad, but it gets a clipping error in which it appears in areas where it shouldn't be at.
Well I went to search up Lego Island and remembered everything about this in a generic "all my memories at once" scene and...
I LOVE THIS GAME AND ALL THAT EXIST OF IT
I don't even have to go nostalgic about it, because I still play it. I love it a lot.
I found several odd glitches with it, though...When chasing the Brickster in the helicopter, you can stop him in his tracks by dropping a doughnut in his way, however, it can't be perfectly lying on the ground.
And after you catch him, if you go to the third floor in the Information Center, You can easily clip and move around like the floor was a vehicle, and even move it through the ground, exposing a void.
In Pokemon Platinum, if you were to clip through walls to get to the Old Chateau while being followed by Cheryl, she'll follow you invisibly. If you walk on water, oddly, a character with a name made up of gibberish will appear. He'll have the famous DPbox, which is also the same as the other Pokemon encountered. You can stop Cheryl from ghostly following you by going to Amity Park.
I can't tell you the worst (EXCEPT FOR THE LIGHTING BUG IN MINECRAFT), but I can certainly tell you the best glitch. The famous "Missing No." glitch in the first Pokemon series games (Red, Blue, Yellow, and rumored "Green" versions).
Basically, a NPC would take the form, or behavior, or characteristic of an animal and become a terrifying monstrosity.
Ha that's not a bug. You need to wait for them to go from the city to the house.
Oh I remember this, I despised it. It used to make me laugh then after awhile it would drive me crazy.

Didnt you save more then once?

Yes, but the only other save that I had (that wasn't corrupted) was inside the museum, but every time I attempted to leave it wouldn't load correctly.
