I played a lot at school but I haven't played much lately. I might start hanging out at the public library with my cards just to find someone to play with. I miss playing it all the time.
I have a somewhat standard red, black vampire (It will be fully standard when I get around to swapping out the doom blades for Murders), a white equip, a green deck that I threw together in half an hour so I don't know how to classify it and a red, green, white healing. The white and red, black are the only ones I would use in a serious duel.
I got a Standard Blue control deck and a White weenie(Always thought it was a funny name for a type of deck). I'm looking to build a Standard B/W Exalted deck soon though.
I don't play standard. Too expensive to keep it in type 2. Pretty much play Legacy format, which means put whatever in with the exception of the banned cards.
I ran a wicked elf deck and a while deck that pretended to play like a black deck.
Guys I had a really good idea!! What if we could play Magic the gathering IN minecraft!?!?! I think it would make an excellent mod and would love to be able to play magic with people on minecraft servers? For example manna would be crafted with paper a bone and corresponding mana color dye! I really want this to happen but I don't know how to start a topic so I posted it hear, if any modders are reading make it!!! I'm gonna come up with more ideas and post em' later but for now jut contact any modders you know and make a project of it!
I run a white, black deck. It's my first one so i'm kinda a noob but i'm good for a noob so more of a novice I got the 2013 deck builders toolkit and made the deck with some help from my friend but I have plenty of cards left and plan to make more decks soon.
I am making a Magic The Gathering Plugin! It is soo cool and will be on my server soon! The Server is not up though.... I will turn the server up once i finish the plugin The server will be up in like a month but here's the ip: 75.82.1.147
Hey awesomer121 when will your server be up? I love Magic The Gathering and really want to fight some of its creatures in Minecraft.
I have several decks where as one of them is dedicated to Mirrodin and cards that don't fit anywhere else.
My friend and I would play against each other. He always won. He had the newer cards and I had the older. I was pretty suprised he even played. He doesn't seem like that kind of person.
I would also play with my family.
I would play Forest and White. I always liked making my opponent suffer before I finished them off. Sometimes this was a mistake but It's just more fun playing that way.
In fact that's just how I play any games in general. I don't like winning in one swing.
They kept making too many versions 'out of date' even though there was nothing wrong with said version and it probably did things better than the newer versions.
What? There are no "out of date versions". It sounds like you played Standard without understanding that it is a rotating format. They don't make a new set because something was wrong with the previous one. Every year a new block (3 sets that share a theme) and a new core set are released.
I would suggest learning about Magic's block and set structure, and checking out some of the eternal formats, like Modern. It sounds like you'd enjoy them more.
