Why does it say, "Out of the Water" Below my picture, and stuff like, "Diamond Miner" Below others? Can I choose my own title or what?

The "Ranks" are based upon how many posts you have made. You cannot choose them.

Yeah. Higher posts = better titles.

So the more posts you have, the more status you have and are "farther along" in the game.

no you cant choose that. it depends on how many posts you make and stuff like that
