I checked out my Fourm Avatar wanting to animate it I downloaded a proper GIF went to picason.com or what ever...
and download it again as a renewed GIF I uploaded it and BOOM yucky fail!
Hope someone can help out!

GIF avatars take a few minutes for the site to process, I believe. Just wait 5-10 minutes.
