With this rule gone, lots of vague suggestions are going to be popping up in the suggestions forum. This is going to make all of the bad suggestions get all of the attention, while the good suggestions will get little to no attention.
There really wasn't a definition for the vague suggestions rule namely because that definition varies from mod to mod. The only way that I can see the rule being brought back is if it specifically outlines just exactly what needs to be listed.
As Kokkuri stated, I removed the rule because it was vague (lol) and difficult to articulately define. I want the MD-specific rules to be as clear cut as possible and the no vague suggestions rule was always the red headed stepchild of that endeavor. As for a lot of "bad suggestions" flooding the section; if you think a suggestion is vague or bad then don't reply to it. Not every suggestion needs to be chimed in on with a "this is vague, no support". I've always been a firm believer of "thread Darwinism" and the "good suggestions" should rise to the top and "bad suggestions" should fall to the bottom.

I agree, but since of this, many people are going to write suggestions that only say "I want cars" or "Plz add more cakes like chocolate, etc." and others noticing that it may just say stuff like "Acorns". Removing the rule will prove to me that a ton of bad suggesters will just keep on writing bad suggestions, and that my faith in newcomers will break.
Also, because it is vague? Why would a vague rule be vague. That makes no sense. Maybe you could un-vague the rule.

If someone posts a thread that says only "I want cars", and you think that suggestion is vague, then don't post in that thread. In a couple hours it will be off the front page. If a discussion can take place, then I see no problem with the thread (and yes, a discussion can be started with 'i want cars')
"Un-vaguing" the rule isn't worth the time, nor the amount of reading it would take for a user to fully understand the point behind the rule (which a lot of users never did when the rule was originally in place)
