I've been in several encounters with Lord_Ralex already for the past two years about the Minecraft servers section and the state of it. Nothing has changed within the past few years and it seems the larger servers constantly dominate to this day. Also, postings on the server thread are the only way to get some sort of attention.
I really want to propose hiring a developer or working on the "Server" tab. It's been 3+ years and still, it's nearly useless and broken.
If you click that, you'll see MinePlex listed several times, taking up the entire front page. Now, this doesn't change, and HypIxel takes the second, and so many top servers take up 10+ listing slots. See here,
I find this really ironic because Lord_Ralex had removed several posts of mine in the Server sections.
My server is a Hub server, offering multiple worlds, yet Lord_Ralex removed all my posts, and moved my single thread to the "Hybrid" section. So how is it fair that Mineplex, the largest network, is allowed to dominate the entire front page of the "Servers" tab, having an entry for every single type of game mode, whilst, start-up servers aren't even allowed to have a thread if they're qualified on each forum?
How can we fix the "Servers" tab so that every server has a fair shot at gaining popularity, based on quality and advertising? We surely can't beat Mineplex, and Hypixel and all the other top servers completely taking up the top pages of "Servers" tab, so how can we work on this?
I propose a complete maintenance on the Servers tab. A huge part of Minecraft are servers, so shouldn't it be fair that we spend a bit more time working on the servers tab to be more efficient and balanced?
What are your thoughts, and how could we fix the Servers tab? Is it needed?
Comparing a different site pretty much (which servers.mcf might as well be) to the forums is not a good comparison at all, and does not prove anything to the point you are making about your threads and why they are not allowed. Mineplex has a single thread (or should), just like what you have. Calling it ironic when it does not apply.
As for servers.mcf, we know it is a mess. However, we have to wait for Curse to assign and put devs on it to work on it. We have asked for this repeatedly, and have been promised changes and fixes. There is simply nothing else we can do about it that we have not done. I had high hopes for it because it would make my job easier.

I've sent you the servers that should be moved to the Hybrid server listings too. Any news around that or are you only just singling me out again?
If you need a reminder, feel free to check your inbox. Also, a lot of servers have been double posted in each server section. I'd suggest working on those too.
EDIT, you seem to act very strongly against these Hub/Network servers being listed in the Survival Section, yet there are over 100+ Hub/Network sections listed there. So why mine? You haven't even moved the servers I've linked you, (by the way, linked a bit more.) I'm curious as to who even runs the PC Server section.
Please don't try to show your bias any harder because it's already in clear sight. If you're going to impose a rule on one person, and have the audacity to say that this comparison is wrong about making threads where they belong, then at least take the 5 minutes to clean up the survival server section. Along with checking for double posts on the sections because I've already found tons within 10 minutes. I even cut you some time by sending them to you.
Let's just avoid the servers.mcf then; since I now know that it isn't under your control. Look at the Survival Section, there are hundreds of servers listed as Networks under this section, yet not moved at all. So why mine? What is your job exactly if these threads haven't been moved for months, because my server had been listed there for a few months as well along with a hundred others.
Where does it say that you can't list your server once in each category if it applies? If your server is a Creative server along with a Survival server, why won't it qualify for both categories? This isn't even against the rules, or at least update them and most importantly, enforce them for all.

Then report them, instead of trying to flood a PM with ton of links.
That being said: I also am waiting for Curse Devs to make adjustments to that section as a whole. So let's not make claims I do nothing but single out users.
Here's an "Edit" post because you probably didn't see.

I just reported them, directly to you. And you acknowledged seeing them. Additionally, I didn't just spam your inbox with links, I had taken the time to make your job easier, as you seem to want it to be. I included links, and even which multi-servers they offer.
If you recall our conversation 2 years ago, you've said the same thing. This obviously isn't in your control so why not just focus on the actual issue at hand with Survival Server sections? i.e; Clarify Rules, enforce the rules for all players, send a public announcement.
Oh and, if you're not going to acknowledge the ones that I've sent to you through PM strictly because no one reported it, then the same goes for my server, where no one reported it and you said this, then moved it to Hybrid. :
Your server is a single server. Hub servers are 1 server, and as such, can have 1 thread. So, since you have showed that your server has more than just survival, it now belongs in the Hybrid section.
Well, I shown you the servers that "has been more than just survival." Let's see them moved. And if you really consider my messages spam, rather than helping you clean the Survival Section, then that's not entirely the best attitude as Forum Admin is it.
If you wish to accuse me of being biased, you may submit a ticket to Curse Support with that.
Like I told you in the PM as well, report those threads. Dumping links into a PM does about as much use as throwing papers at someone and expecting them to do something. This is what the report system is for. Use it.
And a server is allowed one thread. This is covered by the "do not post duplicates" rule we already have. Hub servers are not exempt from this rule.

If I find them on my own, I will deal with them. Dumping a nice list into my inbox and saying "deal with them then" will get the same response: "Report them". PMs are never a place to report content. This limits it to exactly 1 person handling it, and may be lost. This is exactly why I say to report the content, where any Server moderator can handle it as well. As you took the time to compile this list and have continued to say you find rule breaking content, you should be able to report them through the correct ways. There are never any guarantees content reported in a PM will be dealt with.

So why exactly was my server moved then, if I didn't report it, rather, I asked you through a PM on why it was moved?
And in no way did I just say "report them." Here's what I actually said:
If that rule is applied, I'll do you a service and link you to some servers that are in "Survival" Section and need to be moved to Hybrid servers.
I'm also curious as to how often you find them on your own, since servers clearly network servers, have constantly been bumped to the first page, (for example, right now).
This leads me to believe you literally haven't checked that section in a few months.
This isn't throwing paper at you to do work. This is me doing the work for you and all you have to do is sign it.
Do you really think that taking the long route and having reports filled is better?
Yes.
It was moved because it did not belong in that section, which I found while dealing with other content. I found content that did not belong, I dealt with it. Should I be idly reading server threads, I do the same thing.
If you have any other input on how to improve the section, I would love to hear it. Because it just seems like now you are wanting to argue about how to report content now.
I'd like to hear your thoughts on my entire argument, not some irrelevant sentence from the main point.

How is this actually throwing paper at you? He provided the links to make your job easier, it seems to me like you are just being lazy. I also dont understand when you saying use the report, but in your profile it says this, http://imgur.com/etgJNld . It looks like Sistine is just trying to make it as a smaller server owner, and you just want to use power.

This is not a problem with the section. Reported content always go through reports. Reporting content to my PM box is not a problem with the section.
If this continues on how you are not going to report the content, then will I will just lock this thread. Either provide improvements, or submit a ticket to Curse about any issues you are having with me.

Absolutely agree. Sounds like we have a lazy admin over here.

My server recently expanded to a network and I'm trying to post our new Creative server, (since we branched from Survival to Creative) into the creative section, but the thread was deleted almost instantly.
This was the server thread. The spam filter removed my posts, as I was told. I kept an eye on the Survival thread whilst having the PM open because I was afraid that my main server thread would be removed. This thread was not moved before I sent the PM.
You were online at the time, checked the thread, and moved my main thread after reading the first PM. Are you really going to lie about this?
EDIT: I wouldn't say lazy, unless he was getting paid. Then, yes, really lazy. But as a forum admin, I'd say very very bias.
