Why do some players take ALL the Netherwart when they find it? First of all it's selfish because other players may want it and may not know where you have it or you might be logged out or have quit the server, secondly if you die on the way back to your portal it might all be lost and finding another Fortress might be difficult. Lastly, how many times have you honestly used more than just a few Netherwart to make a few potions? Just take 3 or 4 and leave the rest for others. You can grow plenty more.
It's mine if I got it. Go find and get your own instead of living off of other people. If someone wants to leave some, that's up to them and how they want to play.
You know, try playing the game instead of playing the sympathy/victim card.

Some people take the netherwart because the only soul sand they've seen so far in the nether is under it, and to get the soul sand, you gotta break the 'wart too.
When it's me, of course, I freely hand out stacks of netherwart to anyone who needs it once I get my farms set up. So I don't feel too bad about taking the netherwart from a fortress. Once I've got a netherwart farm set up, of course, I leave the wart in future netherforts I explore/light/loot.

Yeah but this is minecraft, and I find that on most survival/factions server everyone is your enemy, plus its always great to not let people have a advantage over you, if this is troubling you then don't be nice either, steal all the Sugar cane you find, steal all the netherwart when you get to a fortress first.

They don't have to be a social butterfly to at least be courteous to other players.
