Het guys, I just wanted to know if abproblem with my iPod is fixable.
I was carrying it along but then dropped it about 1 metre onto the wooden floorboards. It's screen turned white, so I reset it, but still just a white screen. I can get audio from it though. My iPod was made in 2008 if that helps.

What gen is it? I dropped my like 5 feet and it still worked. 2nd Gen. Might of cut part of the wire loose or broke the lcd screen. Only way to know would be by opening it. Which is not that hard.

It's 4th gen. The nano was new at the time I got it.
Just take it to apple ( if you still have guarantee) if not take it anyway cause they wont repair it if it has been opened by someone else... had to throw mine away cause id had opened it and they wouldnt repair it. =P
