I loved that store. I was at Pacific Mall (any Toronto, Markam dudes) would know there. And I saw a computer store where they sold hard drives, SSDs, ram etc. I saw a 2Tb Seagate Barracuda " 7200rpm for 129$ cdn! Also some great deals on motherboards and ram too.
Me so happy.
Just wanted to share this. Also they have a haf 912 for 69$ which is quite nice and that way I don't have to pay for shipping. (the average price of a haf 912 is 60$ in Canada so yea)
Note: I just felt like sharing.
Also could someone help me improve my psu for this build? http://pcpartpicker.com/ca/p/5Plh

nope, PSU you chose is very good for that build, looks good
lucky, i need to get to Canada some time, get some cheap parts perhaps lol
Why are you getting 16GB of RAM? Unless you are using after effects or doing 3d modeling, 8GB would be more than enough. If you are doing those things, than an i7 2600k might be a better processor.
For the power supply, I think the one you chose is just fine. You can get a Corsair one if you want, but OCZ makes great power supplies as well.

They all suck. They just suck differently. Sort of like prostitutes.

Maybe I am...
I will be doing long recording and using after effects. I don't need i7 2600k
I could just oc the i5 2500k to match the stock i7 2600k in modeling (which i don't do) I need the ram to do some web designing too with Photoshop, Dreamweaver

The Clavier Blacks here are really cheap here and so are the SSDs in that store.
They sold the patriot wildfire which is 220$ in canada for only 180$.

Ok, then just stick with the 2500k. You should know though that an overclocked i5 2500k will still perform worse in modeling than a stock i7 2600k because the i5 doesn't have hyperthreading.

It looks fine to me whenever I go there. You advise people on stuff in your section and try to make sales. Or stock the store or checkout items.
Maybe your store is lucky. Lol.

Seagate is selling a 2 TB drive for $10 more, you said you would be recording so that extra space would be nice. WD has very good drives, but they are expensive here in the US.
