Use: Must be capable of upgrading, Using Photoshop, Having multiple(3-4) programs open at the same time, Playing Fornite at Epic Graphics with 60+ FPS, Playing PUBG at default settings with around 100+ FPS with little to no hiccups, Playing Rocket League at high render quality averaging 50+ FPS, Playing Minecraft(With a lot of mods and shaders) with around 60+ FPS, and finally casual internet use(Particularly Youtube).
NOTE: I usually record PUBG, Fornite and occasionally Minecraft with OBS and want to know if the PC will be able to run each game on at least 60 FPS on default settings.
Peripherals required: None
OS: Windows 10.
Hopefully, the conditions listed aren't too strict.
Honestly, right now is a terrible time to be buying high-end gaming PCs due to the mining craze. Hopefully with bitcoins drop in value, GPUs will be more affordable again soon.
