I'm working on a map that will be for both singleplayer and multiplayer.
I have 2 scoreboards...
kills is type stat.kilEntity.Zombie
Score is type dummy
I need a chain of or one command block that will at 10 to the scoreboard Score for every kill which is displayed on the scoreboard kills.Then it needs to set kills back to 0 for the next time it needs to run.I also need to make sure the player that got the kill gets the points for the kill.
Sorry if it's hard to understand it's kind of hard to explain

Do in repeating chain of command blocks:
/execute @a[score_kills_min=1] ~ ~ ~ /scoreboard players add @a[c=1] Score 10
/scoreboard players set @a kills 0
