Hey direwolf20, could you give us a folder with all of the mods that you use? Just for the people who read your list and go into total confusion. It's not that i'm a Minecraft mod noob or anything... it's just, my ability to comprehend stuff is very low do to my ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder, not Addition).
Unfortunately if we can't get permission of the mod authors to put them into a pack, it would be illegal to do so. And people have tried and can't get permission from some authors. Direwolf has done the most he can to make it easy to install everything, even giving you config files with compatible block IDs set up for you. Unfortunately this is the best way it can be done without burning bridges with the mod authors.
The file is Redpower.cfg, and if you opened it in MS Notepad, you WILL screw it up as MS Notepad does NOT handle line ends and carriage returns used in the file. Wordpad, Notepad++ (different to MS Notepad), Open/Libre Office or MS Word are better choices for editing the Redpower.cfg file.
The easier way is to delete the file and run Minecraft again to let the file auto-gen again (when installing mods, it's best to leave RedPower as the LAST mod you install initially).
If you're careful and pay attention, you can fix it with notepad without screwing anything up. But I imagine any of those alternatives will work fine as long as they don't add their own invalid characters as most word processors do.
It's actually something specific to the way Minecraft works, not java, and if you want to have modded content added to your game, there are a few things to know to help it make more sense. Everything in Minecraft is given an ID that must be unique to that thing. Everything that can exist in the world, such as dirt, stone, fire, air, furnaces, ores, and any other "blocks," have to have an ID of 255 or lower. Items, such as tools, monster drops, diamonds, and more, can be any ID from 256 to virtually infinity.
When you add mods, they usually add their own blocks and items. But since block IDs are limited, two mods might give the same ID to their own blocks. It would be a pain for mod authors to go through all the mods out there and find IDs which nobody uses (and there probably aren't any by now.) If two items or blocks have the same ID, that's a conflict, and mod authors usually let you change IDs in config files, knowing you will likely have this problem when you use multiple mods.
Some, like eloraam who wrote RedPower, have set up so their mods to automatically set their IDs around what's already used. It seems nice but until everyone successfully adopts the same thing, it's a double edged sword. We can't predict where it will assign it's IDs, so you get unexpected conflicts when it fails to do so correctly. On the positive side, since your conflict is with RedPower, all you have to do is delete the redpower.cfg so that it's autoassigner can correctly find open IDs among the mods which only assign defaults.
Sorry for the wall of text, but I hope this helps you understand modding minecraft better and removes some of your potential frustration in your modding future.

When I open your episode 20 world I get this.
You've loaded Buildcraft 3.1.1, but Direwolf is using Buildcraft 2.2.11. Remove the BC files from your mod folder, and replace them with the older BC files from the BC blog download page.
You might also have to delete the current BC config file as well, since it may create something in the config that would mess you up as well. It wouldn't hurt to do it in any case.

Is there a mod that sends a wave of dirty, smelly zombies if you collect too many valuables? You could call it Occupy Minecraft.
My current mods using Forge 1.2.4: IC2 1.43, BC 2.2.11, RP2 pr4c, EE 5.7.3, Thaumcraft 1.2.1, Railcraft, PG4, WR 1.5, Adv Machines for IC2, Logistics Pipes 0.1.6, AddlBCPipes, Power Converters, BC-IC Crossover, Treecapitator, Charging Bench, Thermometer, Forestry, Ender Chest, NEI, ReiMM v2.9, OptiFine_1.0_HD_MT_D3, various Risugami & DaftPVF mods, & bonemouse's Isabella textures w/ScottKillen's add-ons. (Update to MC 1.1 in progress.)

I'm a complete noob and don't know what to do to fix this @_@ (Using Minecraft 1.1, all mods are the correct version etc) I just don't know what to fix or how! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm a complete noob and don't know what to do to fix this @_@ (Using Minecraft 1.1, all mods are the correct version etc) I just don't know what to fix or how! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If this is a new setup and you haven't created any RedPower stuff yet, then just delete the redpower config file in the RedPower folder in .minecraft. RP will automatically recreate it and auto-assign IDs, which could change the ID of blocks in any pre-existing worlds if they have the RP block that used 149. Alternatively, change whatever is taking 149 away from RP, which is probably the Forestry mod. Sounds like this is a new setup with no saves yet, so just delete the RP config file.

Compared to copper, I have so little tin. Maybe half the amount, and I'm still using a lot of it, since I haven't found enough diamonds in my world to move up to an MFE (much less make lapotrons). I'm thinking I might disable copper in Forestry and keep everything else next time I adjust my mods.

I've only recently gotten into using some of these more "complicated" mods. (I've used the minimap and more creeps and wierdos...but normall I stick to simple stuff, but it got boring after a while). So Configuring the stuff is really confusing to me I guess I'ld say xD I've been getting multiple types of ores and stuff. Like there are two different tin ores, 3 different copper ores @_@ I'm just hoping it doesn't impede my gameplay too much.

So here's my newest problem...
My rubber trees that get spawned....are HUGE...and they produce no sap (resin?).

The wierd leaves in the big red circle belong to the rubber trees. (I've chopped one down, just to check, and it said it was Rubber Wood...so I believe its the right thing.)
Am I just getting the wrong kinds of trees? Or whats the problemo? D:

IC2 rubber trees are what you want. Look for trees that have 3 leaf blocks stacked on top and then look for resin spots. Lots in swamp biomes usually, I think.
The RP rubber trees can be chopped and placed in extractors to get rubber as well, I believe.

Launch Minecraft and you'll crash (You backed up right?) You will probably have an ID conflict unless you disable Copper/Tin generation in forestry. Go into your minecraft folder: .minecraft\config\forestry\ -- edit the file base.conf using notepad -- Disable Copper/Tin setting Generate AND register to false -- see spoiler below (options may not be available unless you launched Minecraft and then crashed)

Important Anytime you upgrade forge, you'll need to re-install the Minecart Compatibility Layer again AFTER you've updated forge.
IMPORTANT Anytime you want to mess with changing your mods around, you should ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS backup your entire .minecraft folder. This way if you have problems you can roll back.

Unfortunately if we can't get permission of the mod authors to put them into a pack, it would be illegal to do so. And people have tried and can't get permission from some authors. Direwolf has done the most he can to make it easy to install everything, even giving you config files with compatible block IDs set up for you. Unfortunately this is the best way it can be done without burning bridges with the mod authors.
If you're careful and pay attention, you can fix it with notepad without screwing anything up. But I imagine any of those alternatives will work fine as long as they don't add their own invalid characters as most word processors do.
It's actually something specific to the way Minecraft works, not java, and if you want to have modded content added to your game, there are a few things to know to help it make more sense. Everything in Minecraft is given an ID that must be unique to that thing. Everything that can exist in the world, such as dirt, stone, fire, air, furnaces, ores, and any other "blocks," have to have an ID of 255 or lower. Items, such as tools, monster drops, diamonds, and more, can be any ID from 256 to virtually infinity.
When you add mods, they usually add their own blocks and items. But since block IDs are limited, two mods might give the same ID to their own blocks. It would be a pain for mod authors to go through all the mods out there and find IDs which nobody uses (and there probably aren't any by now.) If two items or blocks have the same ID, that's a conflict, and mod authors usually let you change IDs in config files, knowing you will likely have this problem when you use multiple mods.
Some, like eloraam who wrote RedPower, have set up so their mods to automatically set their IDs around what's already used. It seems nice but until everyone successfully adopts the same thing, it's a double edged sword. We can't predict where it will assign it's IDs, so you get unexpected conflicts when it fails to do so correctly. On the positive side, since your conflict is with RedPower, all you have to do is delete the redpower.cfg so that it's autoassigner can correctly find open IDs among the mods which only assign defaults.
Sorry for the wall of text, but I hope this helps you understand modding minecraft better and removes some of your potential frustration in your modding future.

You've loaded Buildcraft 3.1.1, but Direwolf is using Buildcraft 2.2.11. Remove the BC files from your mod folder, and replace them with the older BC files from the BC blog download page.
You might also have to delete the current BC config file as well, since it may create something in the config that would mess you up as well. It wouldn't hurt to do it in any case.

You've almost certainly got the wrong version of Forestry, the one meant for BC 3.
You need to get Forestry 1.2.6.4
(You are using Forge 1.3.1 and the 1.1 version of Modloader MP as well, right?)

If this is a new setup and you haven't created any RedPower stuff yet, then just delete the redpower config file in the RedPower folder in .minecraft. RP will automatically recreate it and auto-assign IDs, which could change the ID of blocks in any pre-existing worlds if they have the RP block that used 149. Alternatively, change whatever is taking 149 away from RP, which is probably the Forestry mod. Sounds like this is a new setup with no saves yet, so just delete the RP config file.

Compared to copper, I have so little tin. Maybe half the amount, and I'm still using a lot of it, since I haven't found enough diamonds in my world to move up to an MFE (much less make lapotrons). I'm thinking I might disable copper in Forestry and keep everything else next time I adjust my mods.
But that's what I get for moving up to 1.1 mods before EE updates.

I've only recently gotten into using some of these more "complicated" mods. (I've used the minimap and more creeps and wierdos...but normall I stick to simple stuff, but it got boring after a while). So Configuring the stuff is really confusing to me I guess I'ld say xD I've been getting multiple types of ores and stuff. Like there are two different tin ores, 3 different copper ores @_@ I'm just hoping it doesn't impede my gameplay too much.

...and yet more problems I believe D: *note here*; I decided to just not try and mess with config files for changing the ores, I see no problem in having a bit of an excess =P
So here's my newest problem...
My rubber trees that get spawned....are HUGE...and they produce no sap (resin?).
Picture included in spoiler to show what I mean by HUGE.
The wierd leaves in the big red circle belong to the rubber trees. (I've chopped one down, just to check, and it said it was Rubber Wood...so I believe its the right thing.)
Am I just getting the wrong kinds of trees? Or whats the problemo? D:
IC2 rubber trees are what you want. Look for trees that have 3 leaf blocks stacked on top and then look for resin spots. Lots in swamp biomes usually, I think.
The RP rubber trees can be chopped and placed in extractors to get rubber as well, I believe.
