I love you! This worked perfectly, I did Single Player Commands, worked on my first try. What ever this modified launcher is, its the key to getting it on macs IMO.

Essentially, it's modified to use Java 6 instead of Java 5. Notch goes through and removes all dependencies on Java 6, but modders don't. That's why you need Java 6 to use mods.
like ive said before, there IS a way to get mods to work the manual way on the regular client of minecraft. check the link in my sig. basically, you force mac OS 10.5 to use java 1.6 for minecraft instead of the default 1.5. it is a few extra steps, but you only need to do it once! And it will work for any mods that will work at all!

Like i've said before, this is the way of getting it to use Java 1.6 silly. :tongue.gif: I've just made it even easier so people don't have to go manually modify their clients. Yours is the same thing just harder :tongue.gif:
I've noticed when installing mods that some mods replace the same .class file. Does this mean that you have to install mods one at a time (meaning extract jar, copy files, compile, launch MC, quit MC, repeat)? Or can I install all my mods at once before launching MC?
Also, since on a Mac copying similar folders don't merge but rather replaces, does this mean that I have to go in and copy the contents of the folder?

No, you don't have to merge the folders, this program will do that for you.
And if two mods modify the same .class file, sadly they won't work together.
Hope it helps! If you have any questions, just ask!
Yes, but some people prefer to do it manually, or probably are new to modding and don't know about Minecrafter.

Edit: Not working for some reason. No clue why.
Any suggestions?
