I've fixed up and tested the in-panel FTP (based on net2ftp). At some point we will have a better native solution but it appears to work well for now for files up to 50MB. After we replace the net2ftp we will still leave it online so people who want to access it can still access it just in case there is any issue with our native solution.
I cleaned up the rest of the panel based on community recommendations and will try to focus on documentation. There are several new or edited topics in the knowledgebase and you should always check there first for an answer to any question as it is much faster than putting in a ticket and waiting a few hours for us to send you back a knowledgebase link that answers your question. At $2/gb we are not going to manage your server for you 100% you may actually have to read the documentation that come with your plugins and read logs and other super easy but time consuming tasks.
Checking your logs folder in FTP should be the first thing you do when you have a problem. There's no reason to ticket if you have not checked your logs.
I'll be working on documentation today if there is any specific topic you want me to cover or expand upon send me a ticket and let me know.
I do plan to add more functions to the panel soon but we have to take it slow and make sure we keep up with documentation and testing before we start making more changes.
