Ok, you guys where good for the 1st few days but little by little yall are upsetting me. Your live chat is never on, I only used it my first day after that youall are always offline. Now that my server has been off line for a few hrs yall wont answer my tickets. Please answer my tickets I dont want to look for a new host again.
This hosting sucks. It takes them 2 weeks to fix a server. There tickets only get answer each 3 days, live chat is broken.
FUTURE BUYERS: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS HOST! BUY FROM AN OTHER HOST THAT ACTUALLY HAS A SUPPORT TEAM.
P.S: I wasted 30 dollars on this .

Considering joining for the cheapest one and got a few questions:
Customizable JAR meaning we can have any mods we wish that we install and upload? Just upload and restart and good to go or request it and wait on support for it?
Can we change the world file freely? Like just upload it and restart server and all good to go or we have to request a change?

Our custom JAR means, you can upload your own server JAR, mods and plugins.
We provide FTP acces on your files and you can make whole server backups with few clicks,
And NO, you don't have to contact us to change your JAR.
Our control panel allows to change main world by two clicks so you don't have to even rename your new world to world.
After you have ordered your server, please open a ticket regarding to the mumble server and we will setup one.
Only problem I'm having right now is installing mods. I got file-zilla and have moved all the files there after running it on my pc and put the mods into the mods folder same with coremods and installed forge into the server jar but, it doesn't appear to be working.

Your site has been down/under construction for roughly the last two weeks and its getting close to my payment day for my server. Do I automatically get charged for the next month or do I have to do it manually each time? If so how do I go about paying it then?

Sorry for the late answer, yes, our main websites was under construction, however, it was redirecting you to our billing system, which works as currently too. Minecraft bridge error was just a temporary, which we fixed at the same day.
Any news as to when it might be back up? Ever since then I've been lacking mobs on my server and when I restart it they seem to be back for like 1-3 nights max in minecraft then its back to being basically peaceful except spawners still work and same with hunger. Kind of weird since nothing has changed other then main site being down.

Yeah I am. Even when I do the piston tnt thing for xray I don't see mobs in caves either.
