I understand this but I was not given the ability to login to my account on the first warning to retrieve my world, in now currently talking to another provider who will be providing me hosting for 3 to 6 months until I purchase my own 16gb server.

All you needed do was send a ticket, and we would of happily provided a backup of your server for you.

After the termination there is nothing we can do, the files are gone.
However you you were unable to log in after the first notice as you say, you could have asked then, or paid your bill. Which I am confused, as you said you were unable to log in to your account after the first warning, but that you never got any warnings from us? It is not very clear at this point which happened?

Now, almost two months later and not a single problem that couldn't be fixed almost immediately, I am a happy Moose. Any help you need could be found in a convenient chat that is linked to all the server owners, or even the ticket system or the live help system. All of the tickets I have submitted were answered very quickly, allowing me to fix and resume enjoying my server without wasting any time.
As such, I give them a 10 out of 10 overall.
Service: 10/10
Ease of use: 9/10 (Will change to 10/10 when Wrench comes out. ^_^)

As an added note, I enjoy their commitment to being active with all the server owners in chat, and in games. Minecraft and otherwise.
It create a strong sense of community, which everyone can enjoy.

Hello, your pricings are very affordable! I have one question though. Is there a way to backup your world to a non zipped file with a different name? I have a very slow upload speed and I do not want to download the backup and reupload it. Would it be possible to unzip the backups and use the world from that backup without having to download and reuploading the files?

I have recently purchased a 1.5 gb US Server and am wondering how to activate it. I have had confirmation of the purchase via email and was wondering with the instant setup and all why it still says pending in My Services. I am fairly certain it is a tiny error on my part and I just have to go and click a button and everything will be all right. I do want to have this issue fixed as soon as possible because the last company that hosted my server with was pretty slow on the feedback when I had questions. So I now bring my question to you on the forums.

This is the best server hosting EVER! The costumer support is lightning fast! The control panel is clear and easy to use and the prices are reasonable! Mpserv Is THE best server hosting company I have ever used. I highly recommend them.
I have used other server hosts in the past, but none can compare to MPServ. My players come from all places of the world. USA, England, Australia, New Zealand, and more. All of the claim that there is little to no lag while playing on my MPServ hosted server! The fact that they offer hundreds of one-click-install plugins is a godsend. All you have to do is search for the plugin you want, click install, and BAM! You now have that plugin installed! How easy is that Also, I had an issue with my server (Which turned out to be an error on my part), so I made a ticket. It was responded to, and the issue was fixed in 6 minutes. Now if that doesn't say quality service, then I don't know what will!
A dedicated server is like a physical dedicated server box in a datacenter that you have all to yourself.

I used to think that there were 2 kinds of service providers: gamers who don't know how to properly run a service-based company and business types who don't know anything about the games for which they attempt to provide service. Both scenarios are recipes for a weak customer experience.
Imagine my surprise and delight when MPServ was recommended to me: finally we have the perfect balance of gaming knowledge and business savvy. As a relatively new server owner on the verge of going public, I had many questions and concerns and there were answered promptly, competently and professionally. The advice from other owners in the internal chat channel alone is worth the price of admission alone and the value is excellent, especially when you factor in cheap or free webhosting (which is much faster than my previous webhost).
Bottom line: MPServ wants to do it right and they have achieved that goal. I look forward to growing with them.

A Dedicated server is it's own server box. No other clients are located on it, except for the person who owns it.
