Here's a update from buying my premium server a while back...
I've gotten my server up and running, I've had over 25 people on at a time, (with 2gb of RAM) It still worked well at that point (although signs of lag were starting, but to be expected with only 2GB.)
I have a custom world generator (TerrainControl) which changes all land in both overworld and nether.
It is quite CPU intensive from what I hear... So with a randomTP plugin I get some lag, because of trying to load such a massive new part of a world, so I can't use randomTP, but I think that's to be expected.
With all the bonus features they offer, like TS and a Dedicated IP, I think it's well worth the price.
Pros:
Cheap
Free TS and Dedicated with premium
Fast support (quite knowledgeable)
Cons:
A few of the reviews listed online (Hopefully not true, but somewhat worrisome)
I had some downtime when I woke up one day. (although it was fixed quickly with a ticket) Thought I should mention it doe
Summary:
If this host stays at this price, and has this good support. Count me in!

RIP my server.... This is day 3 (ready to go for day 4) of my server being down for my players...
My server went down randomly, couldn't access my panel at all. (I think the host might have been having DDOS problems)
I sent them a message, and they put me on a new node. on the wrong port... None of my players know that port, and so thus, my server is still down to them (yes I'm paying for a dedicated IP)
The last message I got, this is what they told me.
"I've been informed that there will be a slight delay until business hours.
Is this ok or would you prefer one <immediately>?"
... For the server I'm paying for, yes, I would like the problem I didn't cause to be fixed immediately!
I've sent them multiple messages on my ticket, with urgency, asking for them to fix the problem... but no response.
I even got a email from a player today, asking if I was shutting the server down...
RIP my server and my players...

EDIT: Just another update because I can't reply to this post anymore...
My server went down for over a week, with 1 reply from staff... then I requested cancellation, and it still charged me again for this month... and he doesn't refund me.
We're currently re-working our business and have less staff on over the weekend. I have tracked down your ticket and do apologise for the delay. I can see that Daniel has replied to you with this fixed up and some compensation too!
It's very rare for this type of thing to happen, however is inevitable with any hosting company, so I do thank you for your understanding.

I had a hiccup with my order (according to them was stopped by fraud system) and its been over 24hrs and still not resolved and no functional serverAs of 1-25-2-16 issue with the order was resolved and everything is running smoothly will post a review after awhile of running server on this service
