That means the tickets are with other customers, that are entering their info but haven't actually purchased the ticket yet. Sometimes a person will cancel an order and the "buy" button will pop up, so just keep F5ing and hope for the best.

If you don't make it, there's always Batch 3. Just to make sure that you don't miss it again that time, I recommend having both the countdown page and EventBrite page opened up in tabs, and once the countdown finishes, spam F5 on the Eventbrite page. That's how I got mine.
