Only 160MSP! Hooray... I just wish we could customize our own skins for free instead of having to buy dang skins that don't even look good. By this I mean in like the hair, clothing and face. Like the skin pack with the baker and bakers wife, blacksmith, the Victorian women, etc. They look ugly... IMO the best skins are locked and they have barely any good female skins. -.-
Wow, you Xbox players are getting MILKED by these guys... I think with the money they are making you guys pay, you could get a $500 simple gaming PC and have the best version of Minecraft available, with texture packs, skins, mods... everything FREE... By the time you guys get horses on consoles, the sucessor to Minecraft will already be on PC...
Personally I'm waiting for them to let us design and use your own skins, not part of a set skin pack. There's so many skins out there that are so much better than this (no offence mojang, or whoever makes these) that the Xbox community don't have access to.

What sucessor to Minecraft ;-)
Also, is there a full list of skins for this skin pack somewhere?
"willy nilly"? What are you even trying to say? It has nothing to do with copyright infringement, or inappropriate skins, it's just about Microsoft/Mojang essentially milking the opportunity while they can. The last thing we want to do is settle, and have the passive attitude you're displaying, by rationalizing spending money on mediocre features that the already-superior PC version gets completely for free.
If anyone, I would say the moderator you quoted would know more about the topic than the average consumer -- in this case, you.
Microsoft/Mojang, please just let players create their own skins already, instead of selling us advertisements for another game in skin-form.
If you actually read into it. You'd realize it's over copyright stuff. On pc anyone can get away with Mario skins. On Xbox you can't Because of high moderation and limitations.
I honestly don't care if I have to spend money. It's only 2 dollars or like 4 euros. I honestly like giving 4J a little tip for making such a great console port of Minecraft. You guys may say "omgeee it's free on pc, master race lol" But then again why does it matter? I think the quality skins made on PC aren't my style. There are good PC skins but hey I like these skins over what most of stupid 10 year olds making emo teenager skins on the pc version.
If I was dumb enough to own an Xbox, as well as being dumb enough to own the Xbox version of Minecraft, I would say that Zer0's exclusion from the skin pack was the best damn thing about it.

If I actually read into it? Please, show me what this is that you're reading that rationalizes these impeccably pointless and wasteful skin-packs by convincing you that Xbox users can't create custom skins because of "copyright stuff".
Dozens upon dozens of Xbox, PS3, Wii, PC, and even mobile games let you create customizable images and graphics that the game creators and console/device creators have no control over, and in infinitely more detailed and infringing ways than a Minecraft skin can ever be.
Take Black Ops for example: the custom-emblem feature is much more concise and potentially infringing than any Minecraft skin could ever be, but it's been on Xbox since 2010.
It's quite simply got nothing to do with copyright infringement, or anything of the like -- it's got to do with Microsoft being Microsoft, and that's all there is to it.

It would be fair if they made it possible to create your own skins as well as buy these skin packs. But those guys in Microsoft worship the god of profit...
Gosh dang, consoles.. they're so "awesome" until you realise that everything that related to them can only be bought "for a few bucks"...
Oh if only...
See this.
