It would seem that there is some dispute with recent events, specifically between Mojang's Notch and the crew of Yogscast. While Notch has commented on his side of the tale, Yogs has stated that they will comment on the situation when they arrive home in the UK, and have not officially responded as yet.
The dispute seems to revolve around the Yogscast crews' alleged behavior during the convention. While tensions seem high, there has not yet been a direct conflict between the two parties. Indeed, the interview between Yogscast and Notch seemed quite positive, indicating that the incident may simply be a misunderstanding. We will be posting updates as they become available - check back frequently!

What exactly was said? It seems like a trivial argument - would be good to see it resolved. I can't help but feel sorry for both parties here but it'd be interesting to know exactly what has supposedly happened to cause this fall out.
I've been seeing a lot of topics like this around the forums, So I'll post what I've already said previously in other forums:

I believe that people should wait until the Yogscast tells their side of the story first before anyone makes any assumptions. I'm a huge fan of theirs, and it pains me to see the hate they're getting... :sad.gif: However, I do agree that swearing in front of kids is not very appropriate. But honestly don't think that is enough justification to ban them. I did go on Notch's twitter to find out more. All those things Notch claimed the Yogscast did, I believe he is pointing his finger at the the group as a whole, rather than the individual(s) that did those things.
But like I said, it's best to wait until the Yogscast tells their side of the story. The fact that they are losing subscribers because of all this seems really bad...
Notch said this on Twitter earlier.
"Yogscast repeatedly insulted people, talked behind their backs, refused to cooperate, and acted like total spoiled divas nonstop. They called us "a bunch of nerds who don't know how to run a company", demanded that we pay them to come here (nobody else got paid). And they claim they're the reason minecraft is big and that we should thank them more than anyone else in the community. They're total dicks.A kid wanted them to sign something I had signed, and they said they'd cross it out and put "f**k you" there instead.Everyone else in the Minecraft community is all about respecting and caring. They're not. They're an isolated island of egos."
Yogscast will post a vlog tomorrow about their situation.
"we are about to embark on a 24 hour journey home so will officially respond when back in the UK - Lewis"
"An Official statement/Vlog will be released when Simon, Lewis and Hannah return from Las Vegas to clarify what has happened. Hopefully this will clear everything up for everyone. - MintyMinute"
This just stuns me, the yogscast fan boys are getting there panties in a bunch because notched joked with them. FFS they need to calm down. This is what happens when you give 12 year olds fan boys the internet, they can't take jokes. And notches jokes on masturbation are funny nuff said,
I never heard of yogcast or w/e till like 4 months after i got minecraft i dont care about them at all,all the videos I watched were from random YouTube users and "No Games For Young Men" besides the few videos ive seen from yogcast they sound exactly like spoiled 7-year old girls >.>
