This week, we've seen some amazing developments. As Jeb steps into the Lead Developer position for Minecraft, we've seen the beginnings of language localization, a flurry of new game features and fixes, and more! Additionally, Mojang set a record with the LEGO® CUUSOO project, landing 10,000 supporters in an impressive 48 hours!
We discuss all of this and more in this week's Minecraft News segment - give it a watch!
I second peoples joy for jeb, you deserve this promotion dude and we all welcome you into your roll, we believe you will further minecraft too an utmost higher degree!
Also I fully support the lego I went on the site etc when it was announced and I just know it will be accepted by the lego company. I can't wait and will certainly be collecting them all.
I don't play minecraft on a phone, though good luck to that also. And although I have been playing minecraft for a long time on pc, I will be supporting the step forward to the xbox, by buying 360 edition of minecraft when I can, cools!
Notch was sort of the kid developer...he made the funniest updates, the most creative, which made Minecraft fun.
Jeb is a serious, mature developer, who likes to program and make Minecraft more efficient and helpful. This made Minecraft more interesting.
Both would be great developers...I think Jeb will start releasing more interesting updates, like bosses and more mobs...good luck Jeb
