It looks like we're finally going to have a use for slime balls. Jens has tweetedthat we'll be able to use slime balls to make the new Pistons in 1.7 into Sticky Pistons, what that means exactly, we haven't figured out yet.

it's kind obvious that normal pistons can 'push' stuff while 'sticky pistons' will also be able to push a block but then pull it when switching their state off

I have yet to see a slime, I wont be using sticky pistons without INVedit anytime soon.

@jeb_ Make the stick pistons be crafted with slimeballs, and make slimes more common!
