I would support this to the tune of only 1 heart added after you reach level 30 the first time only. Really, a lack of hearts can be an issue only in games where health regeneration is disabled (which is optional and selected when the players want the additional challenge).
Not a bad idea, but instead of hearts I'd like to see a 1/2 heart added onto damage dealt instead. Say 1/2 a heart every 10 levels and capped at +3. That way the bonus can be lost when you enchant or die and still be effective.

yes, now that I think , I realized that if it exist in Minecraft will need tough mobs , because otherwise it would be very OP
