These would be houses in villages that the villager that spawns in them would be the merchant. He would not sell one thing at a time. He would sell many things at a time. He would have different inventory every once in a while, like twenty minutes. He would sell things that are complex to make, like TNT. Maybe features that are added that are complex to craft like they require a lot of resources. Also, he should sell things that are not renewable like sand and diamond or iron. Definitely sell buckets and glass bottles, and glass in general. Just little things that are not renewable. The most basic currency would be gold nuggets because they are renewable. Then it goes to gold bars. Then diamond then emerald. Like one nugget for iron, three gold bars for a diamond, and three diamonds for an emerald. All would now be renewable because this shop. There is a second tab for selling things for one of the above currencies. Maybe also an engineer that sells redstone goods for the currencies said. His inventory would never change.

You are one of the few people who can make a good post. I support you and this 100% of the way
I just busted out laughing at that.
I'll hit this in order...
TNT is not "complex" to make. Gunpowder and Sand are fairly common.
While technically "non-renewable," it can be glitched infinitely with generators.
Diamond trading would be too overpowered when we get trading.
Iron will be renewable from Golems and possibly Zombies.
Librarians sell Glass.
With Looting III getting Diamonds would become ludicrously easy. At up to 4 Nuggets per kill, this would take a minimum of 7 kills to get a Diamond.
Priests sell Redstone Dust.
Nearly everything you suggested will be brought forward at some point, the only exceptions being "renewable sand" and making Diamonds far too easy to obtain.
Diamonds are already too easy to obtain. It is called the duplication glitch. Ever heard of it? Also, villagers sell one thing at a time, this guy would sell a bunch of things at a time. Also, I thought priests enchant things for you. Also, again, the engineer would sell a bunch of things at a time.
Villagers should sell things based on what type. The blacksmith should also sell many things at a time but only tools and weapons, and maybe a cauldron.
A specific mob should drop something called a beach stone. Beaches have perfect stones on them. The only use would be to sell it to the store. It won't get much but it will get you something.
