I have really bad FPS with Minecraft. I get like 20-30fps and in other games that take way more power I get like 60-70fps. It makes no sense. I have tried messing with every setting, I tried game booster, I tried Optifine, I tried making java's performance on "High", I tried reinstalling java. Nothing works. Any Tips to boost up my FPS? Please, I know it's playable, but I want a good 45-50fps at least.

what os do you have? amount of bits? ram?
also install optifine, and download magiclauncher
after installing all these do the following Set Mem in Magiclauncher to 200 or 300mb, Install Java 7 and uninstall your current java, set the Java priority in task manager to High, play in fullscreen (press F11), while in fullscreen, using optifine: set performance to max obviously, smooth lighting off, then under "Other..." set the "Fullscreen:default" setting to something lower, then toggle F11 again. Also keep Advanced OpenGL off unless it helps you. On most PC's it hurts. Lastly, and I've had mixed results with this, you can try setting Performance...>Smooth FPS to on.
You may always try to install the Mod named Optifine. This enables more settings you can configure to your liking, so you can enable all of the options that you think will increase your FPS. Hope this helped!!!
