You will probably be able to run it, but expect LOTS of lag unless you get a better CPU and graphics card.
Most likely it will run about 10-20 FPS.
20 FPS is good enough for me
I always use optfine so i can play with 30-40 FPS in short render distence
I don't want to buy a new video card is because i will have to buy a new power as well
and i just don't have that money, yet.
I have a chipset and I can run it with 25-40 frames.
