Minecraft was unable to start because it failed to find an accelerated OpenGL mode.
This can usually be fixed by updating the video card drivers.

My grahics is onboard HD 3200 256 MB dedicated, what the hell can I do? I want to play minecraft and I don't know what to do I tried updating using windows 8 and rolling back using the regular win 7 drivers, should I just get my refund back from Mojang?
Windows 8 Preview Drivers do not support some cards , however when you installed Windows 8 It saved your previous updates and drivers , and you can update them from there. works for all cards , once Windows 8 is released it will have legacy Drivers available but at this current time they are not.
try this before updating drivers (it helped me out) Start>control panel>display>settings>advanced>troubleshoot>change the bar in the middle of the window to the third setting. if that didn't help resort to this

At no point did you imply that you are using the Win8 Beta drivers. Assumptions were made that mentioning Win8 implies your trying to use Win8. And I bring that up because the error is an indication that java can't poll the OpenGL extensions of the device drivers.

This can indicate 1 of 3 things.
- The drivers don't support OpenGL (which is the in-box/WUD standard practice for drivers, and I know for a fact that the Intel beta/previews support up to OGL3.0 and have been trying to get 3.1 and higher running in software)
- The drivers are not installed.
- The drivers are not installed correctly.
Now on a side thought, if this IS an AMD HD3200, then you are infact SOL since AMD does not support that far back with the Win8 previews, and the Win8 in-box drivers never supported OpenGL. And if your trying to use the Catalyst reference drivers, the HD3200 is NOT directly supported and expected to be provided by the system manufacturer.
So in short, your inability to convey clear information makes you look like a computer illiterate derp, hence we provide suggestions on a derp-friendly level. If english is not your first language, you really don't have any moral authority to talk down on others. Did I cover all bases? probably not, but this is the immediate what-ifs based on your OP.
So beseech you, oh master of the internet literary arts. Provide to us "children" the the vast knowledge of your current configuration... and please don't use big words, as it may confuse us further. /sarcasm
First, before we go any further, I need point out your post is a mess of information.
To which I point out....

Also.... where did you get Java 7u6?
The only thing that I did not imply was that I was using Win 8 preview drivers before rolling back to the Win 7 drivers, grammatical error on my part. I got Java 7u6 by updating the builds on java's website, since on Win 7 they are much faster than what they mass release to the general public. Also, I simply posted the MC error message and stated my case, stated my graphics card and that I have already tried to update the drivers and that I rolled back the drivers to Win 7 ones. If I am a computer illiterate derp for posting an error message, then I guess Notch and Jeb are as well since they can't create proper error messages? Then again, they were born derps as evidenced by their shoddy MC coding, but that is another story.
But for the sake of Sanity, we still to know what your config your running "right now". Its still not clear if your running on an Arrandale or a Radeon

Have you even read this?
Have you tried to update your video card drivers?
Child can't fully read the post before making comments.
Did you updating using the Windows utility, or using the Intel preview drivers? Because only one of them is the correct way.
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&ProdId=3319&DwnldID=21180&ProductFamily=Graphics&ProductLine=Processor graphics&ProductProduct=2nd Generation Intel® Core™ Processors with Intel® HD Graphics 3000/2000&DownloadType=Drivers&OSFullname=Windows 8, 64-bit*eng
Now go forth and bask in your derpitude.
Child can't fully read my thread, as evidenced by linking me to Intel drivers.

e.g: A Linux(Free) distribution or Windows 7...
Manufacturers doesn't support beta OS... (Most of the time)
