Hey, my minecraft account have been comprimised and it is migrated, so I cannot change the password. Does anyone know a quicker way to contact Mojang. I sent them an email atleast 2 weeks ago. I want to start getting unbanned from servers hackers used my account on, but I can't really do that if people still have accses to it.
Yeah I'd like to get an answer to this as well. My password for my account is changed on the WEBSITE, but the downloadable minecraft client is still my old password.
And I REALLY need my old minecraft.net password changed, someone is actively logging into my account and greifing random servers, causing me to get banned from them.
A am also an Admin on a server, which means I have to OP and de-OP myself every time I login.
Please fix this bug, its causing major problems.
I don't like the fact that someone can login to my account whenever they want.
Okay, can somebody give a full description of what is happening? It would make it easier for me to find a solution to this problem. What exactly is making so that you cannot change your password. Do you not have access to your email? Or is there an error when your try to do so? The more you tell me the more I can help!

It is important to note that after you migrate a Minecraft account to a Mojang account, you will log into Minecraft.net, Mojang.com, and the Minecraft game client with your email address and new Mojang password. At this time, it is still possible to log into the Minecraft game client with your username and old Minecraft password. If you have migrated your account, and are concerned that someone has access to your old password (because it cannot be changed after migration), please see the contact link below, and we can randomize the old password, rendering it unusable. For complete information on this topic, please visit our article on account types.
This is my problem. I sent them an email over maybe 4 or 5 weeks ago asking for them to randomize my old password and still no response, I have also tried contacting any one of the Customer Support employes using twitter to no avail still. I would love to have my account back and not have it being available to the general public anymore.

You will need to send a support ticket to mojang, including the transaction Id from purchasing your account. That way they can tell from the Id if you were the purchaser of the account in question.
Please just be patient. Tweeting them only makes their job more stressful, and tweeting them will not help you because they want to deal with people who went through the process and not with someone who is trying to bypass the system and get it fixed fast. Since the last time I have asked them, they are about two months behind on emails, so do not send any more as it will just slow it down. Just be patient, patience will always prevail.
Edit: Also, do not bump more than once every hours.
