Hey, are you using hamachi or a dns? You have to change your server-ip to your hamachi ip or your dns ip. If you've already done that and it's still not working, it could be that your world is broken.

Seraching for a Server?
I do not use hamachi. And everyone else I have spoken to have told me to leave the server-ip option blank. like I said I have not changed a single thing in my properties before this happened. Just happened randomly. And it's not the world thats the problem because i've tried changing it multiple times.
I don't enter anything in the server-ip= slot because everyone's told me to leave it blank. I tried entering my ip but still no luck. Even tried entering localhost and still not working. Yes I have portfowarded. It was working perfectly up until yesterday around noon.
I have even went back and triple checked everything to make sure it was correct and everything is. It's just not working.

By saying "I tried entering my IP but still no luck", did you enter your IPv4-Address there or your external IP?
A quick tut. to find your IPv4.
1. Open up CMD (You might need to run it as an administrator)
2. Type ipconfig and then press Enter
3. You should find your IPv4 that should look something like this "192.168.0.2 or 192.168.1.124" etc.
---
Type your IPv4 into "server-ip="
If your IPv4 is "192.168.1.8", this is what it should look like: server-ip=192.168.1.8
Now you can connect to your server from your home by using "192.168.1.8:25565" etc.
---
For your friends to connect, they need to have your external IP which you can find on IPchicken.com and a lot of websites.
They can only connect if you've Port-Forwarded though.

I done everything you said and it works I think. At least it works for me. I has my xbox360 port fowarding through my 100 port and minecraft forwarding through the 101 port. For some reason that I do not know it did not work. I re portforwarded and switched my xbox to 101 and the Minecraft to the 100 port and it works. Hmm.... Well thank you. I still don't know why it suddenly changed but thank you very much.
