I have been getting these Errors ONLY ON MULTI-PLAYER! (Single- player works with less lag than real life :biggrin.gif:)
Let me tell y'all about my computer:
Windows 7 home basic 64-bit.
I have the right Java installed, as well as 32-bit, but I dunno why the game auto-plays with 32 bit.
Whenever I go online, The server either responds Very slow (like opening a chest takes 1 minute after I have right clicked, Writing a message takes 40 seconds to show while other players write instantly)
My internet is Wireless, So I use a USB-Device that connects my computer to my Wireless Modem (therefore I do not have a problem of network Card, I think)
First few days I played online, it ran OK. After that, Whenever I play online, I get kicked with this message:
INTERNAL EXCEPTION: JAVA.NET.SOCKETTIMEOUTEXCEPTION: READ TIME OUT
OR:
INTERNAL EXCEPTION: JAVA.NET.SOCKETEXCEPTION: SOFTWARE CAUSED CONNECTION ABORT:RECV FAILED
I'm Bugged. Tried reinstalling minecraft,Java AND even the Minecraft Bin Info!
I miss minecraft And I hope you guys will find a solution, as Its not in the Server, it happens everytime on ANY SERVER I go on.I think maybe It will help if any of you can tell me how to run my minecraft client with 64 bit java.
Also, Where is it placed If I download it? I have 2 javas so I'm confused

My internet sucks its like 0.50 and 0.45
Maybe its that but My friend can play proper with the same speed modem and provider.
How can I open Minecraft with 64 bit Java?
Yes, it's simply your internet. It means your having a hard time connecting to the host, therefore, if it's struggling too much in doing so, it will drop you out. If anything, your going to need stronger Wi-Fi or find a more local server. Or you can always get a full wiring of some internet provider in your house. It's best to get cable or fiber internet. It's what I've got and it works really well. Also, 64 bit java only opens in a 64 bit O.S. There is things to check if your system is 32 bit or 64 bit. Also, you might need to check and see if your firewall or antivirus is blocking you from connecting to servers. It happens with any game, configure it to not do that or turn it off altogether, though it's more risky to do that.

OP already stated it was 64-bit home basic.
Anyways;
Uninstall every version of Java found in Programs & Features. Restart your computer.
Visit this link, Click "Accept License Agreement", then download jdk-7u2-windows-x64.exe. Run, and install it.
Judging by your error messages your suffering from connection problems. The first one is timeouts, you're computer is taking too long to communicate with the server. The second is your Minecraft client failing to receive information from the server.
Updating Java isnt guaranteed to solve your problem. But it should improve overall stability.
Downloading Java 7(x64) now.
Hopefully this will help
I Do want to get Fibre connection but I can't for many home issues.
I guess I'll have to work with 256Kbps :/
Thanks for ALL your support
I hope I'll be able to play again xD
Thanks again
The Java DEFINITELY helped. Game more stable.
I tried fixing my Net with gamebooster and stuff, So That's enhanced a bit.
I got close-to-decent gameplay for about an hour :biggrin.gif:
Hope it will get fixed soon.
Again, Thanks for the support.

The game plays now :biggrin.gif:
But Whatever Messages I type still come after 1-2 Minutes.

Unfortunately I still believe this to be due to your internet connection itself. Since you said single player works flawlessly.
Without any further error messages/codes im unable to help you. If it was something else with network/multiplayer related errors such as a bad server port I could try to help, but I think is all down to that USB modem.
If you're that desperate you could try Internet Tethering with your mobile phone. I know iPhones support this, maybe other smart phones too.
Be sure to check with your service provider for any additional fee's you may incur because tethering goes through a lot of data depending on the application, and its not cheap.
Once you're connected with tethering, run a speed test to get the speeds of your connection. If its any better than your USB modem, then try Minecraft.
Its a long shot, and if your that desperate for multiplayer Minecraft it may work.

Well, My problem is solved a bit, touch-wood, but I don't know what's wrong with yours.
My problem actually WAS my slow internet, but I don't know why it's showing errors for you, your internet is pretty decent.
I get the same error message. Is it my internet? My download speed is 6.00 Mbps. My upload speed is 1.37 Mbps. My ping is 69ms.I get the same error message. Is it my internet? My download speed is 6.00 Mbps. My upload speed is 1.37 Mbps. My ping is 69ms.
I have this problem but it JUST started today. Everything used to work fine but now when i go on a server i just fall under the map when i spawn. And after like 20 seconds that error message pops up. So i googled it and it took me here. And if anyone can help me that'd be great.
