I'm pretty sure it's something with my java. Yesterday I couldn't play minecraft (hadn't played it for a long time). When I fired up minecraft.exe, nothing happened. Tried to play it in the browser, and the page was just empty, no minecraft.
I was like ah what the heck, need to format pc anyway hadnt done it in a long time so I reinstalled windows and I could play minecraft again. But! after installing Netbeans, java 6 SDK and java 7 SDK and the unlimited strength security files (JCE), my minecraft.exe won't start up anymore and I can't play in the browser either. I need those files to run a project I'm working on.
ok. ill make one for youhere you go. i made it for 2gb though. it should work. make sure ur minecraft shortcut is called minecraft. put this in the same place as it. A.K.A you desktop and open it. heres the download http://www.mediafire.com/?v9bsc1s9s1gbvoq
Nope! But it helped me solve my problem since it gave a java console with some errors about the jurisdiction files not signed by a trusted bla bla etc., it's with the JCE Unlimited Strength files I use. Thanks man!
