I'm using one of the Halloween packs that were produced for the contest on this forum and am having some strange errors with the textures.
The Netherack surface appears to be blue like moving water and I can see through it several blocks into other rooms, torches and fire. This is despite the terrain.png file having a solid grey sort of colour.
The pumpkins have one side that is like lava and some corners that look like lava or water. Gold blocks have one small corner that is fire. (please ignore the white sections around the grass. That came from editing the terrain file in a simple photo editor that didn't pick up the layered nature of the .png file. The other glitch was there from day 1)
Yeah ive had this thing before, and this was when i learnt about HD Texture Packs. Its not really an error with minecraft, it just needs a dose of medicine with a handy tool called MCPatcher HD fix. its already pinned in the forums, in Texture Packs. just download that sucker, open it, and bang that "Patch!" button, and you should be right.
