Hi! i bought minecraft on the 6th of septemeber 2011, i was so happy that i finally got it!, it said for me to wait an hour, so i did, still didnt come :sad.gif: so i just waited a few more days, so i did, and still dont have it! i contacted them, i contacted them on minecraft,net too. i contacted them in every way possible, and i still dont have it! i feel like ive been scammed to the max! by my favourite company! i checked my credit card and it did say i bought it :sad.gif: still dont have it! what should i do?

then click account, then premium then the bottom one, then read over the three things and check them and finally click I need further support
Basically you need a way of contacting Mojang. Since Mojang is a company, then don't limit yourself to just speaking with Notch. You could speak to Jeb, or even see if C418 (is that the right name?) can give you directions on where to go to speak online with a Mojang Staff member. I'm haven't done research on Mojang, and therefore can't direct you any further. Once you gain access to a Mojang Staff member, then explain your problem and screensave a copy of the email, as proof you bought the game. (A paypal reciept may also be required)

1) Do a username recovery and type in your email to verify the email you have is correct
2) Once you know the email and username are correct, and it still doesnt say premium, check to see if you receieved an email when you purchased it. Also check your spam.
3) If it's definitely the right account, then contact support and wait.
