When I try to use Minecraft.exe, it simply does nothing when I click on it.
Sames goes for the .jar's and such.
Looking for a fix, I found a string that when put into a .bat should fix such problems: 'java -Xms650m -jar "E:\downloads\minecraft.exe"'
But when I do, I simply get a long string of Java errors.
There's nothing wrong with yours, per se. Its just easier to troubleshoot when everyone is on the same page.

I've actually re-installed several times, and have tried using all of the other given launcher options.
I had this issue once before, but it was on Windows XP, and the line in my original post was enough to get the launcher running. I'm currently on Windows Seven.
I know I've got more than enough hardware to run MC, considering I built this rig myself. Just not too' good with Java.
Also, this came from my original attempt:

The prompt returned the same, no error, but no action either.

That's odd ... oh well, looks like aero for me.
Thanks for all the help. :biggrin.gif:
